Burritos El Chavo!

The lady at the counter with curly hair is so rude. I walked in and she gave me a look like "what the hell do you want" I don't recommend anyone come eat here unless you wanted to be treated like they don't want you in here. After being treated so rudely I still said thank you before walking out and was ignored.

Southern California is blessed with too many superb Mexican restaurants to be below average. This burrito consisted only of runny refried beans and a bit of chicken (that part was OK.) but nothing else in it. the whole experience was below average and lacked creativity or decent effort. I wont be a regular, put it that way.

We no longer live in the Valley, but this is THE PLACE for my favorite burrito! ??
We live across and up in the mountains now.
But I/we will drive clear across, braving freeways and all the traffic, to pick up our favorite Machaca Burritos ?
I literally bought some of the inner makings last visit, to freeze, so we could make our own again later on at home... when the hankering hit ?

Confirmed it last time there... and I wish I could remember his name, but the owner/chef ?‍? has been there for some forty five years! And I've been going there almost that long ? lol
He's never not been there

Food was okay, but prices too high. A LOT of beans in the asada burrito, I guess no rice? Customer service is non-existent, but in all fairness you go for the food since it's a very small place. Parking is very small in the back and very narrow one lane in&out.

This is a small place but the food was good and reasonably priced . We both ordered breakfast burritos. I had a bacon and egg burrito and my husband had the chorizo burrito. Both burritos came with that refried beans inside and I asked for the green salsa , which was really good. I also ordered a horchata and that was delicious.

This is the third time they have treated me poorly. They always serve in a bad way. The food is not that good ???

Was looking for a place to eat. And found it thru Google.. ordered an asada burrito ? boy was it good.. will definitely go back... clean place. Friendly staff...fast service. Ordered ahead and picked it up...
