Stop by to get a western bacon cheeseburger but for some strange reason this time I was a little disappointed it didn't taste as good as the time before lack of sauce that's what I'm giving it three stars

I had my birthday 🎂 party at Carl's Jr and 😇 Aiden is awesome 👌 very nice service with a smile That brightens up my day.happy to see her every time I come in to the store she should get a raise or at least my number because I do love her smile

DO NOT COME HERE! They will charge you 2x for somthing you didnt even get. I went through the drive thru during my lunch break wasn't even that busy. Kept having to repeat myself when ordering. When all i wanted was a fries and drink. When i got my fries they were all burt and my drink was filled with ice when i asked for no ice. Not only that but they charged me 2 x not only for my meal but for someone else meal. DONT TRUST THE DRIVE THRU OR THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! If I could give this place zero starts I would.

I walked into Carl’s Jr. expecting the usual—grab a quick bite, maybe chill out from the heat a bit. What I didn’t expect? A drink that turned into an experience. The Tropicali Refreshener. Yeah… that name alone sounds like a vibe. But let me be clear—it wasn’t just a vibe. It was an awakening.

On one of the hottest days this season, this drink showed up like a hero in a chilled cup. From the first sip, I was hooked. A bold splash of mango hit first—tropical, sweet, and refreshing—but there were these subtle flavor notes dancing underneath. I couldn’t even name them all, but together? They sang a harmony that satisfied my body, quenched my thirst, and sparked my creativity all in one go. This wasn’t just hydration… it was restoration.

Now let’s talk service—because good flavor without good energy just doesn’t hit the same. Elizabeth A. at the register didn’t just take my order, she created a connection. Genuine, welcoming, and on point. But it wasn’t just her. Every single employee at this Carl’s Jr. location worked like a championship team—checking in, smiling, moving with purpose. From the moment I walked in to the time I walked out, I felt seen. That’s leadership. That’s culture. That’s what service should be.

Now let me be real—I’m not endorsing Carl’s Jr. But I am a speaker who values excellence, a digital creator who captures experiences, and a reviewer who tells it like it is. And this moment? It was worth sharing. Not just for the drink—but for what it represented:
Teamwork. Quality. Presence. And a product that overdelivers.

So if you’re looking to cool off, fuel up, and tap into an unexpected burst of refreshment and positivity—take a detour and try that Tropicali Refreshener. Trust me—it’s more than a drink. It’s a reminder that sometimes the best experiences come when you’re not even looking for them.

Stay bold. Stay curious. And stay thirsty for more than just the usual.

Just wasted an hour of my time with the employees unable to figure out how to use their own coupons and that cash is still an acceptable way to pay their customer service has disappeared ever since they closed their customer support phone lines

Standard Carl's food, but careful ordering. They like to upsize your combo without asking, then they drop a higher bill and play dumb at the register.

5 Times I needed to correct my order. I don't know who trained these people, maybe they're high, it was so disappointing because I rarely go to Carl's Jr
