I don't like all Carl Jr's but I like this location. I've never had a bad staff experience. Food is always juicy and fresh.

Been going here for years it's across the street from my studio I do makeup and creature effects and I know the worker over their angel who I see every so often we know each other for years interacting at the window when we first met she mentioned my glasses think she's fantastic I always like the food here and the customer service actually everybody there and the managers as well as all the servants are great but of course Angels my favorite tell her follow me on Instagram my IG (vgpeffects) picture of me and Mark Hamill anyway I love Carl's Junior the foods always high quality I love their burgers and the chicken sandwiches and the chicken strips also they never get an order wrong barely ever, not like McDonald's does nearby. If I had to make one complaint it would be the big CLUCK sandwich sometimes the bread crumbs or coating are too hard over cooked not soft and too crunchy and it's almost like biting into a rock, you need to go there early for that sandwich when it's fresh not late at night other than this place is fantastic.

I came through the drive through and ordered a breakfast burger by far the worst wrapping I've seen. It literally had finger marks on how they grabed it . The tater tots where over cooked dry . Unfortunately not able to go back on the way to work very disappointed.

17 years ago I moved to North Hollywood and the first time I ate here it was with my husband and my mother and unfortunately we had a major problem because the food that we ordered was given to some teenagers that unfortunately instead of being totally honest 8:00 and it became a major problem and it got very ugly ! We tried to avoid this Carl's Juniors as much as possible but a few nights ago we stopped here and we noticed that nothing really has changed that they only have a few people working especially at night and the orders still get mixed up and the employees are not always very polite or very kind and there's a lot of homeless and sketchy shady people up this particular location

Made me scan my card twice even though I already payed and told me that they would refund me if my money hadn't come back the next day and when I showed up they told me to call my bank and they couldnt do anything about it. They are scamming in this Carl's Jr and never scan your card twice even if they ask they are acting extremely suspicious here.
Had no items to sell No sprite No ranch No bag for kids meal No toy for children It was so awful the fries were cold, stale and dried. I order a western and not sure what cheese and meats they placed. The jalapeños were dried and old so upset. Stuffed all the food in one bag even the kids meal. The worst store ever. They didn’t give me a receipt. will not go back

Great friendly service, but the chicken sandwich was made from some type of cheap rubberized chicken breast. It was pretty bad. I assume they're just using industrial chicken? I'll never return.
