Ordered way in advance still had to wait 15 minutes. Food tasted great.
Surprised that this even existed, but works well from the app nonetheless.
Just recently ordered food. Was super disappointed to see that I got no sauce. I even ordered fries just to get sauce in specific. Super disappointed especially in the cost of one meal. I would like my money back.
Chick-fil-A has some of the best chicken sandwiches and nuggets around. The food is always fresh, hot, and flavorful, and the employees are consistently polite and welcoming. Service is quick even when the line is long, which makes it really convenient. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the drive-thru can get super crowded during peak hours, and seating inside sometimes fills up fast. Still, it’s one of my favorite spots for fast food.
They didn’t include $30 worth of stuff in our order. They don’t answer. And chick fil a keeps saying they can’t do anything that we have to call the store but they don’t ANSWER. Do NOT order from here.

Horrible service, ordered food 40 minutes before I arrived. System states a time of 7-13 min wait for food to be ready. Got to ghost kitchen and they still hadn't made my food! This reflects very poorly on Chick-fil-A, they need to do better and hold this place to a higher standard

Ordering chick fil A from here and Didnt realize it was a third party making the food . Food was horrible. Tastes far from chick fil A . Nasty !!!!

Not the same standard as the restaurant. It’s lame that food delivery apps have them under Chick-fil-A and worst that Chick-fil-A acknowledges of meeting standards.
This isn’t the actual restaurant. It’s some kind of frozen fried kitchen where they cook a lot of other brands items too. They charge extra for drinks and everything is just bottled. Lame
