Delicious! And, fun to watch. The Host was patient while I made up my own flavor experience (Rose icecream, halva, pecans, edible flowers, and caramel). The creation of the rolls was done with flair. I enjoyed the experience, but most of all, the icecream!

Nice little rolled ice cream place with super friendly staff and great ice cream. Selection is nice and big, but not massive to the point that you'd have a hard time going through everything and deciding. They put on a nice show as they prepare your order, and it's a lot of fun. Portion size might be a bit on the smaller side compared to some other rolled ice cream places I've been to, but honestly it's not that big of a difference, and it's all still very much worth the price.

The Chill Roll was good! And the customer service from Chris was beyond amazing! However, the one star comes from how poorly and unprofessionally Tina treated me and my friend here tonight. We politely told her what toppings we would like on our desert, but she rushed off to the next customers and just left our dessert sitting there on the counter. We politely stayed and waited for her to return since she left without adding the toppings that we asked for. Upon returning to us, she snapped at us “YOU'RE STILL HERE�! To which we kindly responded, “yes, you didn't include our toppings so we waited!†She then snapped “YOU HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT AT ONCE! HURRY UP! I HAVE A LINE!†We explained that we had told her repeatedly and thought that she just ignored us to attend to the other customers, so we just waited. Chris then stepped in and went above and beyond to attend to us, while Tina just walked off.

I found it to be clean, fast efficient service! The hostess were friendly and made my grandchild feel like the stars & sun rotated around him. It was so exciting to watch the hostess make our ice cream fresh. We had a few custom orders and two standard orders, all five orders were prepared in less than four minutes. FANTASTIC SERVICE, great tasting ice cream. Every child and grown up child should experience this ice cream shop at least once!
