Chipotle Mexican Grill

Lazy employees. I have come twice already to this establishment and the assortment of products is always missing. The staff sit on their phones and do not prepare food!!!

Despite a crowd of cars arriving at the same time, with only 3 visible workers, Chipotle moved fast on fulfillment but didn't rush the execution. Let's face it, while efficiency can feed the need and fuel the process, it's not glamorous or chic. Chipotle is efficency of food and function. Which isn't half bad (which isn't half good), especially when it could be worse. And that's great!

If you find yourself famished or if you have children who are perpetually ravenous treat yourself to a different venue. The culinary offerings here notoriously fall short on protein selections, leaving even the most insistent appetites unfulfilled.

I ordered food togo, and the bag broke spilling all my food!!! Wasted $15per bowl 😡 I know it's not the cashier's fault but the company needs to give better supplies!!!

they start closing an hour and a half before they actually close i guess. no one cooks anything after 9 so your left with meats that have been left out or you get nothing lmao kinda wild

This has to be the worst location to eat at. I was eating minding my own business in the outside chairs when I watched one of the security guards who is armed they have threatened to beat up a homeless man. The armed security guard then approached me and told me to keep my eyes on my food and not them and then proceed to cuss me out. After I was done with my food I went around the building to take a picture of the security guards plate and car and he continues to cuss me out and told me if I take a picture of his car I'm dead.

I picked up a bowl to go today with chicken, I thought they made a mistake and gave me a vegetarian bowl because it only had a few small pieces of chicken. What is that about?

Every time you go in after 9 the whole restaurant is out of stock for everything

It is an excellent place for lunch and a quick meet-and-greet if you are dating. My only complaint is that the tables were not clean, and the floors were not swept properly.

The food was good and the employee was accommodating. Placing an online order was easy and pickup was painless.

Something always happens when i go, first time they didn’t give me my fountain drinks and realized until I was at my destination, second time they gave me my fountain drinks but they tasted like pipe water so I didn’t drink them and now they wanted to charge me a small cup of sides (sour cream, cheese and corn) out of nowhere when all the times I’ve go I’ve never been charged? one time okay, second time i understand but a third? please noho west open one chipotle so I don’t have to go to this one anymore 🙏🏻
