The restaurant was really dirty and there was trash overflowing from the bins. It was noticeably bad. The utensils were missing and lids all over the place. Housekeeping was bad, but food and service were good.

Ordered 2 chicken bowls via the app, and when I got home, it felt like I paid for a veggie bowl with a hint of chicken. Seriously, where's the chicken? Next time, I'll just go old-school and order face-to-face at the store. Disappointing portions, Chipotle.

Can be hit or miss. Some days portions are great and tastes amazing. Other times, the guacamole is old, tendons are left on the chicken, or the rice doesn't taste good.

I'm the biggest Chipotle fan. So I'm not giving this rating lightly. I normally go to the Toluca Lake location because it's closer to me. But I was running errands and this one happened to be the closest. I went in around 8pm. So. Several hours before they close. They were dead which is normal for that hour. The place was clean enough. But there were several red flags. One - the staff definitely weren't the friendliest. I get it's not the best place to work. But I walked in super cheery, asking everyone how they were, and I got mumbles. Two - I went to order what I always do. A steak salad bowl. They had no pico de gallo (mild salsa). Which nearly everyone gets. So I said I'd wait til they restocked. They said they wouldn't until the next day (with 3 hours left open..what?). They also didn't have fresh lettuce. And my steak was definitely not cooked anytime recently. The only saving Grace was this super nice customer in front of me actually bought my meal because I let his friend go in front of me. Turned my whole visit around. But clearly not a representation of this Chipotle. I get why these reviews are so poor now :(

today i was craving chipotle as i walked in the floor was pretty slippery and i didn't think i was going to fall but it was raining outside so my shoes were wet and i wiped on the carpet put the FLOOR WAS WET so i slipped... then i hurt my knee almost twisted my ankle but luckily I didn't.I thought it was funny but now im in so much pain i have a scratch and a bruise.I would like chipotle to text me and explain why they can't pass a mop on there floor or a dry towel.
If I could do 0 stars I would, I'm not sure this location is just plane unsanitary but I was there yesterday after lunch time and got a bowl, half way eating it I started feeling sick and it just got worse throughout the day, I definitely got food poisoning from that bowl, this might sound exaggerated but I felt like I was dieing and still today I'm feeling sick. I won't be going here anymore nor will I eat chipotle again. Terrible experience. I would've gone myself to complain in store I couldn't even get out of bed since yesterday.

I don't know why this chipotle has such low ratings but they were super accommodating to me! I usually go in for a 3 pointer bowl and I ask for a little extra rice, the staff were more than friendly to fulfill my request and everybody seemed to be busting their behinds trying to kill the line. Madd props to you guys! Thank you!
