Adiss the cashier gave us such poor customer service. I wanted Ranch to go with my hamburgers and she made such a big deal. About how she had to charge me 75 cents was very rude about it. Definitely not coming back.

My favorite place, always clean, nice service,,, but I love the option for my meal, I can get guacamole and chips instead of french fries, I'm a delivery driver and I have to get a lot of food on the road, this is the best to don't get carbs. My favorite place, coming here at least twice a week.

love it here ! They have a cashier Her name is Stephanie! SHES THE BEST ! I come all the time to get the same order and she Always has a smile on her face! Very respectful! Always Always Happy ! Seen her the other day working alone on drive thru super busy night and she was all alone packing orders making drinks she had everything ready so customers wouldnt wait so long! very hard working young lady !

Oh Del Taco, a love hate relationship. I love the food but it’s getting worse and worse.
First, a new trend that I’ve noticed for some time and I’m going to start calling out all the restaurants that do this. Coca Cola is being diluted. The syrup to soda ratio is off, we are getting less and less syrup in our Coca Cola’s and other sodas, and other Del Tacos do this. This place is one of them. We don’t like it, when the ice melts, it’s over diluted and gross. Bring the right ratio back!
Second, these are my large fries that I paid extra for. Where is the rest?! I feel like I was frie taxed by someone. But who? Who took my fries. Ughhhh
Yea, sadly I will continue eating this garbage food. It’s an addiction

It over exceeded my expectations for sure it was fresh cooked perfectly everything was hot the atmosphere was kinda off so I didn't decide to stay I got the food sat down for a couple minutes then wrapped my food and left and it was also very small setting

Customer service is always great here. Very professional, kind, and helpful. They are also very fast and consistent. The only thing is that they tend to run out of inferno hot sauce many times and that sauce is a must for me!

and more or less this doesn't have to do with the workers on shift, but the lady that was off of shift. I was already waiting for 5 to 7 minutes, which is for my experience working customer service and managing customer experience along time to wait because they're drive-through was it at full capacity and their lobby semi full but mojority of order were completed.
There was a gentleman there working very hard going from the fire to take orders to each station doing a great job when he came to take one of their employees that seem to be off the clock was looking so frustrated and impatient, making faces and comments as why they're not hurrying up, I was waiting much longer. When the employee came again, not his fault he just looked at both of us and begin taking her order and she was waiting on the side and I was actually in line and again not his fault but after he completed her order that was comped for free, which I'm a pay customer and she again was getting a free employee meal so not pay anything Entitled to cut infont of her customers. When is my opportunity to order? I informed the gentleman that it was obvious that she was more important to take the order and just walked out.
Again, since you guys are writing this, if you care if you think the time just know that you have a lot of entitled workers working at this location, cause you to lose money for actual paying customers because of their attitude and demeanor.
