Denny's Restaurant

If you want your food made correctly do not order through a food app, some people may like their steak like this but it’s not what I asked for. I’m hungry and pissed off.

My husband and my family that came from out of town for Christmas we came to this Denny's and it wasn't busy nor was a crowded but it seemed like it took forever for us to get our food but we didn't notice that or waitress kept getting orders wrong over and over and over again I don't know if she was new or not but we were definitely not happy and the food wasn't even hot they had a warm up our food a couple of times I definitely think that this particular location definitely needs a lot more help and needs to hire more people and train people how to be polite towards their customers

Spent Christmas morning here and the food and service was amazing! I ordered a burger with seasoned fries and was pleasantly surprised how amazingly delicious the food was! My husband got an omelette and steak and we were both very satisfied with our orders. Our server anticipated our requests before we even asked and the staff was very friendly overall. We also appreciated that the manager kept checking in with us to make sure service was great and it was. Overall I was surprised at how great the service and food was here. We originally only stopped by because it was the only restaurant open at the time but now me and my husband plan to make this a monthly visit because we had such a great experience here. In a day and age where it seems the hospitality industry is leaving the customer service experience behind, I am glad that restaurants like Denny’s still exist and are upholding the customer experience tradition alive. Bravo Denny’s we will see you again next month!

They need more custumer service adutide n they reduce food you ask for this they dont have it you ask for that no more olways excuse they need to bring food back still slow service

Denny's food is only so-so. However, it's usually a quick in and out. My server was friendly, quick and attentive.

Normally, i would begin my review with mentions of how grrrreat the food is here. #FACTS
This review is focused purely on the wonderful team of individuals at this location. My experience during this particular visit was an experience that set the bar. From the front door to the emergency exit, i felt completly attended to, welcomed, and was almost a sad moment when it was time to go. I appreciate the energy, and the vibe that we are able to create when we are together! I reccomend evErything on the menu, just clear your mind, and once seated.......ENJOY!!!!!!

Dry and only captures taste buds of kids ... Gets old quik!

I had a great experience here! The food was tasty, and the service was exceptional. Our server took such good care of us the entire time. A special thank you to Ken for recommending the perfect dish , we really appreciated it! Highly recommend this place.

By far this is the nicest Denny’s I’ve seen in a long time and I travel to Covina to Downey and Fontana all the surrounding areas by Far this is the nicest especially what caught my attention was the every window has Christmas Painting on it and I have been their a lot in the past their is Great Service and food taste great as well

Menu says mac N cheese is served until 11pm. I went in and was told no more at 10:30.

Edit: ordered the Chicken Tender Dinner and received the wrong food. Very disappointed. Ended up waiting a extra 15 minutes for my food. The chicken came a bit over cooked, and the onion rings there were only 4 of them on the plate. Which I paid $1.29 extra for 4 onion rings..

On top of that no compensation for having to wait a extra 15 minutes for food. Definitely don't want to come back to this location.

Nester leads a team of genuinely kind and happy-to-serve people in the LA area. Unlike other Denny’s, this location is well-maintained, the area is safe, and the food is well-prepared.

Jay was an absolute joy to have as my server. And Pam, very similarly sweet and lovely.
