That's funny that you want to comment a month later? Was the power out? It was the manager on duty that took the correct actions and refunded my money. You had my phone number. You never tried to contact me again. Doesn't dismiss the fact that you don't have any customer service skills. Your response proves that clearly. Don't act like you did the right thing. I'm gonna do exactly what you said "If you don't like it don't come back." Class act right there!

They put love in the food had the chipotle honey not not to spicy. Thick juicy pieces with sliders was just great overall experience also colors where soft if you into that. also waiter was awesome great customer service
$20 for a burger and fries is typical in LA after tipping but it’s upsetting when you literally get zero service. At the time, there was only me and 2 other people there, it was very slow. I placed the order and they gave me a number to put on my table for the runner to know where to bring the food to. I’m on my phone not paying attention and realize one of the workers was saying “sir” a bunch of times to get my attention. He tells me my food is ready. Ok…. Why did you give me a number if I was going to have to get up again to come get the food? What kind of sense does it make to give customers a number for their table to sit down at but then instead of running the food, you keep calling them to get up and come get it. Especially when it’s dead and you’re just behind the desk talking to a co worker. Hopefully, this review inspires your employees to learn a lesson to not make lazy decisions.

Long wait times. Staff are rude and unhelpful. They will tell you an order is ready then have you wait 20 minutes for it.

Do you realize we went to a restaurant where it was seat yourself, use technology to scan the menu, go through rigamorole to put in your order, insert your private credit card info, make you pay before your order goes through, insist on a 20÷ tip, wait forever just for your drinks to arrive, slam dunk your entrees not in unison, and make you have to ask for utensils. I apologize for being Gen X. But what the actual fuck???

Ordered food through DoorDash and I wanted to get the cheese sauce. I asked them to swap out the ranch for cheese sauce because I couldn't buy it through the app. They said It was a 70 cent difference so they wouldn't do it. They wanted me to call and charge my card a $1.49. But at that time my food was ready and I didn't want to make my delivery driver wait. So cheap and not good customer service. These people suck lol.

I grew to love this place in Pasadena (if its the same establishment). But then a 2nd time in Long Beach (definitely the same establishment). There are so many great options. I was super excited to find this place in Hollywood.Vegetarian options: Impossible optionsWheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk ramps up to door. Dining room is flat (no steps anywhere inside)
