“I ordered the Machi’s Chicken with a side of tostones (fried plantains). The food was freshly made and is the closest to authentic Caribbean food you’ll find here in California. Also, great portions sizes considering the cost. Everything was fresh, crisp and flavorful for the exception of the beans and potato salad, but by just a tad maybe some ingredients are harder to find here in the US that would give those items a special Caribbean pizazz!“
