The stuff is rude especially the girl supervisor with big time attitude

I messed up and order online using phone I called immediately to try to correct order and they refused and I got stuck paying for something I didn't want. Bad customer service I will continue using Pizza Hut instead!!!!

Today, I ordered from Domino's Pizza: an 8-Piece Honey BBQ Wings, one Extra Large NY Style Pizza (Beef), and one Extra Large NY Style New Philly Steak Pizza. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible because I found a hair baked into the pizza slice. When I contacted Domino's, they questioned my claim instead of apologizing and resolving the issue. They even asked about the hair color, which was strange and unprofessional. Rather than addressing the problem properly, they requested that I return the pizza to their store as proof.

Finding hair in food is unacceptable, but Domino's customer service made this situation even worse. This experience ruined my appetite and trust in their food quality and service. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible service manager was rude Friday night shift 8pm - Pizza has no cheese and brownie was burnt. I told the manager that it was burnt from the bottom she said it comes like that , never again!

Mike,Kevin ,Susan if that's Mgrs names reported insident with one ingredient offered to pay more was denied sent me item anyway wrong online glitch they need more customer service skills unfortunately I use as last resort now very last🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I just moved into the City . They declined my order Just because it was my first time ordering. Thats really messed up. You show no love to your customers. It all felt discriminated for no reason. You really can't take my order? for whatever personal reason you got towards me? He even called me by my name before asking me for my name??? Smh don't work for dominos if you can't deliver customers Just because you don't feel like it .no respect. How much more careless and disrespectful can this get ?

The girl on the phone has an attitude. Im too tired of the day to take this nonsense.

You can't give the service even one star. I placed an order and the person who took my order was unwilling to serve or maybe he hadn't been able to sleep.I am a fast food worker and I think it is wrong to treat customers reluctantly ?

The reason why I'm giving it a 4 stars on stead of 5 stars of service is because sometimespecially one lady.She seemed a little Ghetto, but that's just my opinion when I called. It seems like she doesn't want to be there. LOL Support over all all the other people. They have good customer service, and most of them love attending. And getting what you need. Atmosphere, it seems safe. It's not a bad place to have your children like it seems a pretty safe area. That's why I give it a 5 stars. The food is really good. Especially their pepperoni pizza, my opinion. Overall, it's a really good place. I just wish it wasn't so pricey.

Kid-friendliness: It just seems really safe. So I think if you want to bring a family to eat here it would be good.

They have special in the web and when you do the order charge more and have another special on the web and i call and they say on line and i check online and is nothing there.Don’t lie people i try 2 times and nothing is true
