Worst Domino’s Pizza from this place
It seems every location different than the other
the dough I never taste this kind of flavor from Domino’s before I will never order from this location again

I always order from this location and was never disappointed until today. Pizza was t cut into the right size slices, my chicken bites were a bit burned. Pizza wasn't hot, but I'm hungry lol

Desiree is one of the kindest and hardest-working employees I’ve ever met. Even though I’m not usually a big fan of pizza, hers completely changed my mind! You can tell she puts care and dedication into what she does — people like her make the experience special. I hope Domino’s recognizes how amazing she is!

Order a pizza with chicken, sausage, spinach, green pepper and onion. There was no sausage. Also, the “leave feedback” button on the website naturally didn’t work.

Review: Poor Customer Service from the Manager
I just left this Domino’s today (10/10/25), my second time visiting this location since I’m new to the area. I went to pick up an order for my children, and after realizing I forgot to order one more pizza, I asked an employee if there was an extra pizza from a cancelled order that I could buy since I was in a hurry and didn’t want to wait for another one to be made.
The employee kindly asked the manager and the manager’s response was completely uncalled for — she yelled “WHAT?” and when the employee repeated the question, she shouted “NO!”
There was absolutely no reason to speak that way, especially to an employee who was being polite and respectful. The rudeness was unnecessary and very unprofessional, especially in front of customers.
A message to the manager: If you don’t like your job or dealing with people, do something about it — but don’t take it out on your staff or your customers.
The rest of the team was courteous, but this experience left a very bad impression.
A sincere THANK YOU to the young and very respected gentleman who attended my order. YOU GOT My 5 STARS! Your manager, SHE gets ZERO!

They undercooked my pizza and gave me less cinnamon bites then they are supposed to and did not give me any frosting and said it was my fault that I didn’t order any but when you order it it’s supposed to come with one

Pizza lowkey sucked, and I literally eat anything. Delivery man was friendly and the pizza came pretty quick but it tasted awful. Crust was hard and chewy and toppings were off too. Won’t be ordering at this location again.

One of the most discussing behavior i have ever witness. I tried to a pick up order in, the person who was on the phone could barley hear me even though i have the phone up to my mouth. after 20 min trying to get the order right, the person hangs up the phone before even asking for a name. Did not think much of it. I only order 1-3 times in a whole year from Dominions even though its few blocks away from me. They told me to pick up in 20-30 min. I went 30 min later, went to the store next door grabbed some soda drink, and walked over to pick up my order. When i walked in, i walked up to the counter the person asked what's the name on the order. I started explaining that i did not get a chance because the person hung up with out asking me. His response was (ok, NP Just Calm down) I stood still for a sec registering what he just said. Remember Fan blowing above me full blast, since he can barley hear me on the phone, i though i would speak with little more noise since the fan is blowing. Than the lady in the back all of the sudden jumped in screaming saying i was yelling. I'm not sure what was their deal, or they just like to be rude to customers because maybe i am not their kind. I was about to spend $40 dollars just on me. But it seems these people don't care about their job, sick of life, and they will viscously verbally attack anyone, who does not approached them like a lost puppy. after 2 min they decided to cancel my order while i was there to pay. My suspicious is that they did not prep my order, and they were using false aggression to cancel the order since it was not prep, instead of asking me to wait another 10-15 min. Why would you tell a customer to turn around and cancel the order at the time of the pick up if you had it made and ready for me to pick up. Don't bother spending your money at this location don't even pay for deliveries. Never in my life i took the time to wright a review on Google for any business, this is the my First. Congrats team, you guys earned the most disrespectful staff of the year. I came to check to see if it was me, but what i saw on the review, seems I'm not the only one who is getting this treatment.

Don’t come here they steal your money and don’t give it back. I bought items and canceled and they never refunded my money the old woman Kiara or whaveter said I was SOL because I ordered with the app. So they wouldn’t give me my money back. She wouldn’t give me her bosses name or the franchisee name. Bad business and I’ll be reporting them to the BBB

I messed up and order online using phone I called immediately to try to correct order and they refused and I got stuck paying for something I didn't want. Bad customer service I will continue using Pizza Hut instead!!!!
Today, I ordered from Domino's Pizza: an 8-Piece Honey BBQ Wings, one Extra Large NY Style Pizza (Beef), and one Extra Large NY Style New Philly Steak Pizza. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible because I found a hair baked into the pizza slice. When I contacted Domino's, they questioned my claim instead of apologizing and resolving the issue. They even asked about the hair color, which was strange and unprofessional. Rather than addressing the problem properly, they requested that I return the pizza to their store as proof.
Finding hair in food is unacceptable, but Domino's customer service made this situation even worse. This experience ruined my appetite and trust in their food quality and service. Extremely disappointed.
