I can't believe that doordash delivers for auto part stores. Isn't that illegal mixing any held food with auto parts that are containing cancerous materials if handled? Why don't they just stick to food? They're messing up the jobs for the people who drive for auto deliveries. should be a lawsuit. I'm gonna have to check into that. Nobody wants you to deliver a Burger before you just delivered a car part.

dasher ran out of gas , delivered cold food 1.5 later than ordered and all I got was a $10 refund when I spent $48 , customer support is a joke to contactattended to contact support but was able too they log on to message then end chat before u can reply

horrible dashers. Every time I place an order the dasher drops outside building and the food is all destroyed and the packaging is not intact. I will use Uber Eats fTom here on out!! You SUCK doordash. a unsatisfied customer.

Charged me for an order that was cancelled by them. They gave me food credit even though they said they would automatically refund me. It took 3 attempts before they would agree to refund when they realized I had the original email. Too much trouble to deal with this company. Unprofessional

I am a VIP customer (as DoorDash mentioned). Recently, each time that I placed an order, I received wrong items or late delivery like 1 hr late. Each time I need to call over there and the only answer that workers can gave it to me is, " sorry for it" " do you want cancel your order". When I asked for the manager, " half of managers are busy with other customers and the other half are in the meeting!" I placed an order in the front, like 1 hr in front, it was the same situation, the order arrived 45 min later than the time that I set it up. DoorDash try hard so that people have to pay extra to have priority and get better service. DoorDash forced you to pay tip that they choose for you and if you want to cancel the tip, it's website does not allow you to it.

I ordered through DoorDash a Dennys order. I ordered a medium well steak, with potatoes and over medium eggs. It offered a side of toast or pancakes. I selected pancakes (See the Doordash Order)When the order arrived the steak was visibly burnt, dry and I was unable to bite into the steak. (see pictures in Doordash chat) The egg was over hard so the yoke was solid. The potatoes was visibly burnt. No pancakes arrived. I took pictures and immediately made contact to DoorDash..When I made chat contact I was immediately told no help. However I bypassed and sent the pictures and the condition of my food. I was immediately directed to a special department. I was told to allow 4-24 hours for a response. However, no response.I called in Saturday to dispute the $5 credit because the entire meal was unsatisfactory. The cycle response to allow 24 hours is what I received. I called Dennys. Spoke to the Manager Kim she stated she would make contact to DoorDash to issue the credit. However, no response, no follow up.By day 4 DoorDash agents have denied my refund and disconnect the call in my face.

Ordered goop Kitchen from here, and the food was great! Was kept very cold (despite us arriving 15 minutes past our pickup time; traffic is never here eat around here!), was very tasty and I will def be ordering again!Picking up food from this location however, isn't a great experience. The building is confusing when you don't know you're picking up from a Doordash location, and not the restaurant. The staff also seemed very confused when we asked for our order at first. Not sure if they're just used to only drivers picking up from them? And parking is hard to find!
