El Pollo Loco

I ordered 10 pcs for $32.99 but I received only 8 pcs of mixed chicken... I love El Pollo Chicken but my order was not correct when it was delivered to me by DoorDash.

Need fresh setup for the back kitchen erea and the small office always mas ..

The chicken itself was fantastic! I ordered the chicken tacos which didn't have much flavor. I would still return but more than likely try something else.

I am embarrassed to call myself a Denver foodie without making my way to Work & Class not a one time. The hubs insisted on a date night over the weekend and for once, I made him choose the destination. So excited when he chose to come here!

This location is so inconsistent (Magnolia Blvd by Subway in North Hollywood)...They serve sloppily. Sometimes I get a wet bag, sometimes missing ingredients but they don't tell you before you get it. Sometimes the food doesn't taste good, how when the other locations consistently taste the same. They need older employees or ones that care.

I order Uber eats from this place last night. My food was hard and stela. My other half’s food was also hard . I would never eat from there again. My sauce look like it was played with. Not even filled to the top.

Everytime I go to ELPoll Loco,there seems to a negative dis connection, being a older black male ,the young latino was very rude.to me , for no reason

Don’t go to this store. The employees always look overworked and the manager or what they call shift leaders are not helping them. I asked the person in charge if they can help since there was a lot of customers and they basically just ignored me & went to this little room in the back and they just sat there. Worst management ever.

This is my go to spot when grabbing El Pollo Loco. The place is small so my orders are always to go. Take advantage of deals on their app.During lunch hours it can get busy so be mindful of that.

Nothing much to say have never seen them cook a burger everything is pre cooked.

The food is always good and very consistent the prices are right and they take EBT

The girl was on costumer service was very friendly and professional, she gave me my order very quickly... I really like this place... Just one little thing parking lot was very dirty specially in the front of the restaurant cause the bin garbage is located just right there.

Been coming here for years and they're usually so-so. Today is a no more for me. Wrong order after 18 min of waiting. 3 patrons came in, ordered then took their food. Had to ask for my order twice only to end up with the wrong order. Wasn't even hard to make, a simple Pollo Bowl lol. Ended up giving it away so I guess somebody won ?‍♂️?

Chicken chicken was very dry and burn it isn't the first time it's happened I have reported it before it ruined my dinner that's why it's hard to go to Pollo Loco anymore they never give you fresh made chicken always some leftover chicken thank you for your time

I've had a few bad experiences here. The rice is usually undercooked and the chicken is dry.
