This El Pollo Loco is one of the worse locations I have been to. I will only continue to purchase from this location because how close it is from my home. Every time I order online, they always forget something. I wasn’t going to write a review because I didn’t care too much, but they keep on forgetting something and now every time I get food from there, I check the bag. I have even spoke with the manager, I believe his name was Omar, and he said this problem would be resolved and it still hasn’t. The only thing he was give me free guac and chips once. Almost every time I walk in at around 3:00pm, all the workers and grouped together chatting it up while there are tables in the dining area that should and NEED to be cleaned. Also whenever I come in for my mobile order, all the workers ignore me. It will take a good five minutes in order for someone to help me out. The workers won’t even be doing anything. They will either be chatting, or in the back, or they would waiting at the register waiting for someone to come in. Like I can see my food from across the counter. The management has gone so far downhill since after Covid. Management and Omar, you need to do a better job with your workers and your business. It’s honestly unprofessional, rude and ridiculous.
The fat old lady in the morning is very rude and stingy as if the food were cheap or free. You ask her for sauce or chilis and she gets angry and doesn't want to give you as if they were hers. Lady in the morning very rude and stingy you ask for extra salsa or serrano and always maddogs you and makes a dumb comment. Like if the food was free or cheap!
