The chicken was a little over cooked. The cashier was very nice . My order was incomplete but they took care of it . With no problem 😁.

I ordered a burrito and told the cashier that I did not want any hot sauce on on the burrito as I cannot tolerate anything spicy. When I received the burrito it was loaded with hot sauce. I'm not sure if this is a function of incompetence, indifference, or a bit of fun at my expense. In addition to this I also ordered a tostada with no rice for my diabetic mother and I was charged in an additional $3. So why was effectively charged $3 for less food I don't know how this fits into an overall business plan with this company but it's not going to do much to increase customer retention rates.

I ordered a tostada with no rice and I was charged an additional $3 as punishment for not having rice in my tostada so I essentially paid three more dollars to have less food. I don't know what topsy-turvy logic they're using or business practice this is but it's a surefire way to never see my business again.

They only give you 2 sauce per meal! First pollo loco that has ever made me pay for just a couple more sauces. I love my bowls and tostadas bowls saucy and like I said I’ve gone to many pollo locos and never have I ever got charged for the small containers of sauce

I wanted to order two burritos. I'm broke I'm trying to get the most for my money, I know that Pollo loco add corn to various items at no charge. So I wanted corn on one burrito. There was no charge for the corn but when she saw that she decided to charge me for avocado slices instead!!! Just to charge me extra!!! Straight up EVIL WOMAN . I left without buying anything

They need to ad the option of half a star or no star. I Ordered several pollo bowls, the rice and chicken were cold, the beans were sour, corn tortillas were cold as well, it tasted like old sour reheated food. As you walk in place smells like sewege. Food gave 3 of my children and my husband food poisoning causing them to vomit badly 15 min after eating. Food was only less than half way eaten. $80 down the drain.

Had a really unpleasant experience at this location. A lady who was ā€œhelpingā€ me out — and I put parentheses around the word for a reason — was unwelcoming and curt.

From the very beginning no one would even acknowledge me, so I had to just stand there and wait.

Then I was trying to work out a situation with a coupon that I had — the coupon wouldn’t go through.

I have no idea how their system works, and the lady was not even trying to make it work, not willing to find a solution, just kept saying ā€œit’s not workingā€. Not offering any ideas, not trying anything, not suggesting anything…

They also have a grill right behind the cash register, so I had to shout every detail over the sounds of staff cutting up the damn chicken, and the lady kept putting in the wrong digits, and then had me do it on her screen. How am I supposed to know the inner workings of the redemption system? Maybe I need to log in, maybe not etc.
Of course, after failing to hack El Pollo Loco’s computer, I gave up. No one apologized, no one offered to redeem the deal based on the picture that I provided, I felt like I was getting in the way by coming there.

And look, I’m not no damn princess, and it’s a fast food joint, so I don’t expect people to dance around me… just be decent. There are so many jobs that don’t require talking to customers — why take one that does if you don’t wanna interact??

Weird. Ended up going to a different location, and got a great meal!

Bought two BRC burritos both were more tortilla then anything the salsa tastes like shrimp or something fishy idk. I've bought Toscana salad from. Here before they make the Tostada really short. Theese guys are greedy and from looking at the comments it looks like its a thing at this location
