I frequent this location for lunch 3 to 4 days out of the week. the customer service, hospitality, and food are always exceptional. the manager, Juanita and staff are always welcoming and caring when it comes to providing good service with my order. Not to mention that if you frequent the location often, they will remember your name which is amazing. I have been to many El Pollo Loco locations and I must say this one is number one on my list so if you think about coming to this...
