I placed an order at this location ask cashier if my order was complete when he hand me the bag. I get home and notice that my order wasn’t complete I called the location I purchased from, a female answered and I told her Hi I order from your location and I they forgot to provide me with the complete order. She said (what) I repeated myself and she hung up I tried calling a few times and no answer. A simple come back or we will replace your order would have been fine. Customer service not great at all now I have to drive to the location to pick up food that I paid for because the person in charge of this location can’t answer the phone.

I needed to leave a review since i haven’t been to this el pollo loco in a couple months, and i must say it was a complete 180 from my last visit. I’m so glad i gave this location another chance. I stopped by to grab my dinner for my night shift crossing my fingers it’s gotten better, and I’m so happy to say I’ll be back! My tostada was perfect, the store seemed so much cleaner than it used to be, the person that was helping me happened to be the manager(i asked since i wanted to tell them what a better experience this has been) Daniel was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for changing management, it really shows what a difference a single person can make!

lady at the drive thru is rude and deaf

edit: not only is the lady rude and deaf the manager is even worse. I asked for no avocado and he patronizingly said that's what guacamole is. ok? I didn't ask what guacamole was made out of I said I didn't want any. then he handed me someone else's receipt so now I can't even go back and ask for my money back BECAUSE I STILL GOT AVOCADO ON MY FOOD. I am allergic and can't eat any. I don't understand why someone who appears to be a manager would choose to ignore you like this. never coming here again.
