We had nacho and several tacos and rice and beans. The carne asada taco was mediocre but the shrimp taco was delicious. The nachos was delicious even though it was a bit too much. The star was the rice and beans.
Good vibes and reasonable prices!!! Check out the carne asada fries they have a twist with the waffle fries but definitely one of the best items on the menu. The Cadillac margaritas are good too!!!
I like El Tejano. The food is good, and you get a lot for what you pay for. I like the self serve chips and salsa. The space is big and never feels crowded and there's plenty of seating. They have a decent happy hour. For what it's worth, even though it's 21+, it feels more like a restaurant than a bar
My only complaint is the music. It's way too loud. It makes it hard to have a conversation. I wish they'd turn it down a bit
