Great food great service

Ordered online. Sent someone to pick up. Never got my chips (x4) or drinks (x4). Online complained and was offered points. Naaaaaa want money back. Called and was placed on hold forever.. called again and same thing on hold... don't answer if you can't talk!

I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with this location. They are usually great but today, not only did they give me one type of cheese on a veggie that was supposed to come with three types and I did substitute the provolone for more cheddar but there was no montéry cheese and the manager kept swearing he made my sandwich and he put on one slice of montéry; but you look at the photo and see if you see any and decide for yourself. I had put all veggies on the side and the layered it with peppers cause I guess i missed that one online but dont you think they would use their brain and assume that too would be on the side. I took off so many that once done, look at the peppers compared to cheese ratio wtf is going on. Waste of money and was even more frustrated that the manager cared more about arguing with me and proving it was not their fault then dealing with the unhappy customer; cause i guess customer service is gone at least here. Saddened to say the least.

Highly recommend , great service , great atmosphere , I always go for the Steak Sub my favorite ❤️❤️❤️

Quick and easy to order online, NY Steamer sub was excellent

The restaurant definitely has a theme and it looks so pretty plus the food is so tasty but it is not budget friendly. So worth the price if you want to try something new and fresh. I tried the spicy Cajun sandwich in my first visit and it blew my mind.

Was initially confused with coupons and gift card on website but all was corrected and explained once I got there to pickup

I arrived at the time when I needed to pick up the order, I work in delivery! But they didn't even know about the order and didn't tell me how long I had to wait to pick up the order! And I had to sit and wait another 15 minutes until they made it! Terrible service

I got a steak and cheese from here about an hour and a half ago. The sub was weirdly lukewarm/cold, pretty unappetizing. I was in a rush so I just ate it.

I just threw up all of it. Really not good.

Delicious Delicious Delicious!! Best Subs I've ever tasted! Their ingredients are the freshest & the ladies in there are the friendliest ever! I'm officially hooked beats subway, in a heart beat.
Definitely recommend this location ladies in there are the best !

Decided to give this place a try. Walked in with the dog and my lady. She got a turkey and cheese and I got the.Jerk sandwich. Pierre was the best guy to ask. He knew everything about he place and created a master sub. Gave us a show of the place for us first timers. Great environment food was awesome and to top it off the hot sauce counter was the best part of finding what you like with your sub.
