Shows online that veterans get a free combo with no charge but wasn’t able to get one today and was told only a buy one get one free , it’s really sad when it is a top favorite at this time of the year would be nice if websites would show you no longer offer this rather then fill with taste subs and Hope

I decided to come here for dinner in order to try the new Firehouse turkey Thanksgiving sub but first I wanted to use the bathroom so that I can wash my hands but I was hastily told that I could not use it and that I needed to leave. Because of the way that I was told this I left and I did not order anything. I think they should not treat people like this and I am a customer I just wanted to wash my hands before I ordered it I did tell them I wanted to order but it did not make a difference so I am not visiting this particular Firehouse Subs anymore and I'm considering canceling my catering that I have scheduled every month for my company from this company

What I enjoyed most about my experience was the combination of delicious food, fast and friendly service, and reasonable prices. Everything came together perfectly to create a welcoming and satisfying visit. The staff made me feel right at home, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations without breaking the bank. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Shout out to Colin and Zach for doing an exceptional job taking care of my husband and I this afternoon. Colin greeted us at the register and made sure my cold sub was prepared to Perfection! Ive never been so pampered at a fast food restaurant as I was today! Thanks for the rice crispy treats for dessert btw! :)

The staff makes the effort to personalize the service.

We have just recently discovered firehouse subs and we are addicted. Not only are the sandwiches amazing but the employees are great. Colin is great we drive the extra mile just to come to the north Hollywood location because of the great crew.

Great food great service

Ordered online. Sent someone to pick up. Never got my chips (x4) or drinks (x4). Online complained and was offered points. Naaaaaa want money back. Called and was placed on hold forever.. called again and same thing on hold... don't answer if you can't talk!

I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with this location. They are usually great but today, not only did they give me one type of cheese on a veggie that was supposed to come with three types and I did substitute the provolone for more cheddar but there was no montéry cheese and the manager kept swearing he made my sandwich and he put on one slice of montéry; but you look at the photo and see if you see any and decide for yourself. I had put all veggies on the side and the layered it with peppers cause I guess i missed that one online but dont you think they would use their brain and assume that too would be on the side. I took off so many that once done, look at the peppers compared to cheese ratio wtf is going on. Waste of money and was even more frustrated that the manager cared more about arguing with me and proving it was not their fault then dealing with the unhappy customer; cause i guess customer service is gone at least here. Saddened to say the least.

Highly recommend , great service , great atmosphere , I always go for the Steak Sub my favorite ❤️❤️❤️
