Amazing subs, BUT they ALWAYS “forget” the pickle spear. Not fun when you get your food to go, ask them if they put it in the bag and they LIE. Always check your order with these people.

10/10 food (presentation/taste/portion) and service! First time trying Firehouse and the quality was exceptional. The guys were brilliant and noticing we were from the UK really went above and beyond to make our stay in town/onward drive that much better with their tips. Really down to earth team. Stopped by for the very first time, Colin went out of his way for their toaster had just taken a... Well, you know. This Guy ran next door to their Pizza place neighbor to save the day and toast my "Firehouse Steak and cheese". Perfect!!! I'll be back as often as I'm in the area and can. Customer service, cleanliness, and a pleasant attitude is all most of us ask for, and you don't always get that.I did here... Thanks, Colin! 1/16/2024

I don't know why it's taken me so long to try Firehouse Subs. Maybe I was tired of Jersey Mike's and Subway and just thought it would be more that. So, years went by. And I thought that before my teeth fall out or before hair starts growing out of my ears, maybe, just maybe, I should give this place a whirl. Decision made, it only took six months to actually do it.I did it via DoorDash one fine late afternoon. They were having some deal on DoorDash so that was nice. I ordered the Italian and had it their way except no mayo. Mayo does not belong on anything with the name Italian. It arrived very quickly and I quickly took it out of the bag and unwrapped it and began eating.Well, I was quite surprised at just how tasty it was - everything was fresh and all the "their way" stuff sans mayo worked fine. The melted cheese made it even more interesting, as melted cheese usually does. Sometimes I put melted cheese on my forehead and let me tell you how interesting my forehead becomes. But I digress. I was impressed, I'll be back, and I do want to try that Hawaiian pulled pork thing, which sounds right up my proverbial alley as long as there's no mayo.

I went back last week and had maybe the best service ever. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The girl ringing me up and 2 of the guys making the food were making suggestions. I ended up having probably the best sandwich I've ever had from Firehouse. Which is high praise because I already love firehouse. The inside is always super clean.
Great place to get some good food and drinks and hang out.

We had a fantastic experience with Ed yesterday. My son had never eaten Firehouse and didn't see anything on the menu that appealed to him (he's vegetarian) and asked to leave and go to a competitors sub spot (it rhymes with Mersey Jikes lol). Well, Ed convinced my son to try one of his subs that he made special for him, and needless to say Firehouse is now ranked #1 out of the three sub spots he frequents. He asked to go back today, and though we didn't, I'll be taking him back soon. Firehouse is my preference, so I'm glad my son is on board now. Thanks Ed!!

Just went on a little walk in my neighborhood and decided to stop in to try a sub here and I was NOT disappointed. I had the Cajun Chicken (medium size) and it was filling and delicious. The flavor was strong with a good kick but not overbearing, I had it with the garlic bread (which will always be a win), and I added tomatoes, olives, and pickles. (Plus it came with a pickle spear on the side as well). But more than anything this review is for the worker who helped me, Angel. And her name was sure accurate! She was so patient explaining the menu to me and answering my questions, and she gave good recommendations but wasn't pushing. Happy, helpful, service with a smile. Will return.

All employees are nice the guy esp the guy with tattoos. But Pierre I think he's the manager is a jerk an attitude. He's not a nice person . I see how poorly he treats his employees and it makes me not want to come hear and eat . I wanted to exchange a drink and he was squabbling w the employee not to talk to customers. So
