It’s a fun pub and the only place in wizarding world to get alcohol (mainly ciders, beers). And alcohol makes a theme park visit better. It’s a nicely themed pub attached to the three broomsticks. There’s is an animatronic hog’s head behind the counter

This review is only for the Hogs Head pub since I think food should be part of the three broomsticks.

If you don’t want alcohol you can get butter beer. I recommend trying the frozen or warm butter beer, you can even add a shot of fireball whiskey to it.

For drinks, they focus on their “themed” drinks which is some ales, ciders and stouts. Probably my favorite place to get a drink at USH for the atmosphere and venue

Tip: Look up their secret menu

Two I recommend:

The Triple (Deathly Hallows), which is a three layered drink of cider, hog’s head brew and topped with guinness. It’s the same price as the black and tan and other drinks

Hog’s tea - their strongest drink which is basically their take on a Long Island iced tea.

Food is terrible.
Service it sloooow.
The pub has a cool enviorement.

Food is pricey but fish & chips are good.

The hog head is incredible. Every like 5 seconds it starts screaming and squirming. It’s so noisy. Pretty much the best atmosphere you could ask for in a bar.

And the butter beer is fine. Ended up throwing it away. But yeah I just really like the hog head.

The food was good, the fish and chips were very good, but the staff were not only noticeably unmotivated but also extremely slow.
Prices were surprisingly good.
The raspberry iced tea was my favorite.

This is the only place to grab alcohol in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, UH. They open for business at 10am, no sooner. So no libations until then.The pub connects to the Three Broomsticks. It’s on the farthest side opposite of the food ordering line of 3B. To order drinks at the pub, you can saddle right on up to the barkeep. They serve drinks only including butter beer (non and alcoholic version), pumpkin juice, beers, wines, bottled Gilly water, etc. You can even order the same non alcoholic drinks at the 3B.There is an animatronic hog’s head mounted above the bar. But darn, the two times I was there I didn’t get to see it move or grunt. Not sure if it does. The other older reviews mentioned it did. Anyways, the pub area and adjoining 3B share a dining area. The detail of the design is just super cool. Even if you don’t eat or drink there, come on in to take a gander.

Butter beerBecause of the cream above, it tastes like scotch butter candy.The beer part below is a sweet carbonated drink, but it is not McCall, but tastes a bit like an energy drink.It's sweet and has a lot of buttery flavor.I want to buy it again, but $9.86 including tax seems overpriced... … … …

A little confusing, you line up and order then wait for your food like a cafeteria. I asked 2 employees about the process... What do we do, stand here and wait then go find a table? Neither could answer that question ??‍♂️.Once we got the food it was easy enough. Really just mediocre food, but it wasn't terrible. I had the ribs. We ate in here just to try the hot butterbeer, it was really good.

ok, we were kind of hungry and decided to come here. but seeing the plates around us, my wife and I decided to just share 1 plate. good thing, too. the Portions were far more generous than one would expect from a theme park. and the butterbear? was reasonably priced specially if you consider the fact that you get to take home the mug

Best place to be in Universal Hollywood, a must visit!
