I am 65 years old. We had dinner at Humble Bird Saturday night. I have never, repeat, NEVER had chicken this good. Crisp, juicy (but not dripping like other places), no grease in sight. We got mild, but used the hot honey supplied and what a combination of flavors. We also got potato salad and slaw. Both great additions to an already wonderful meal. It’s all about the best hot chicken in LA. Order ahead of time for pick up or order at the walk up counter. No room to sit, but the chicken tastes so good you won’t mind. Or bring your lawn chairs and relax. Either way, this is hands down the most delicious hot chicken you will ever have.
