Have lived in the area most of my life and somehow it took me this long to finally stop in. Maybe because I sleep most days and work all night, I'm never up early enough? Honestly with the state of the world, most natural disasters won't get me out of bed, but I will now actually set my alarm just to stop in for a loaded gyro and some hummus and pita. Super easy casual spot, I want to start going through their list of sandos after how perfectly balanced and filling their gyro was, but honestly it's going to be hard not to keep ordering this every time. Super fresh, garlicky hummus, great portions for the price on everything, and a quick easy lunch that doesn't break your wallet.
What else can you ask for? Don't sleep on this place as long as I did, and support every local business you can right now. I got a super fresh, filling, quick meal for less than I'd spend at McDonalds, and I'll probably be back here once a week

Garlic Chicken with Ben's sauce is my favorite.
I don't live nearby anymore but go back and even get it delivered because is soo good.

The worst possible customer service I've ever seen. I called to try and explain to the guy they messed up my order and the guy tells me to stop yelling but I was as calm as possible never once raised me voice. I've never been treated with such bad customer service in my life. Will never take my business there again.

I hadn't been here in a number of years. I think prior to the Pandemic. I decided to stop in this afternoon, as I had business nearby. In the past I normally got sandwiches, today I decided on the Greek Salad with gyros. I was disappointed from a couple of different aspects. The cost was $17 and quite honestly I could have purchased a larger and tastier salad at Gelsons salad bar for that cost. The gyro was not fresh and obviously had been heated on the grill.... Meh! I guess maybe I should have chosen chicken or a sandwich... I'll stop in again and forgo the salad 🥗 and get a sandwich next time

- Garlic Chicken sandwich : did not enjoy it. After I ate it, I felt nausea and vomit-ish
- Falafel Wrap: it was just fine… weird that it had pickles inside. Not the worst but not the best. Would skip this next time
- Gyro Gone Wild Wrap: it wasn’t very “wild”… this was ok, not my favorite. I wish the falafel was more crunchy.

Nothing like a jam packed, well balanced sandwich. I think I've eaten at every place the valley has to offer and folks nothing comes close to HY MART. Friendly staff, good food, at a fair price, come on! What more could you want!? Definitely be back for more.

Whenever I would fly into Los Angeles before I would check into my hotel I had to stop here and have their Greek salad and gyro. Been coming here for over 20 years now, truly one of the best family-owned businesses, and best sandwiches in Los Angeles!!!
