I don't recommend going to this IHOP. I went for dinner and got a bad service. No host received us. Waitress was not friendly and she just told us to sit anywhere we wanted. Other employee, came to our table and gave us the menu and offered drinks. When I got the crepes they were horrible. They were not fully cooked. There was no whip cream either. I will not come back or recommend this store.

Hi, I came to IHOP today. It is about 7:30. People are actually leaving the restaurant because the service is so bad. The waitress is very rude. I actually asked her if I can use the bathroom and it needs a pin and when I asked her, she rolled her eyes and ignored me so my daughter that’s 13 years old Astor and she gave her the pin but she was visibly upset We had an order to Been waiting for 20 minutes now go, and we asked her if it was ready again ignored the question and just walked off anyway, good this is a very bad vibes. I would not recommend this place at this time if this waitress continues to work here because it was horrible.

The service was horrible. I had ordered steak and shrimp and decided to have pancakes on the side. I was never given the pancakes and the waitress passed by the table handing drinks for my kids but didn’t receive any straws. The food was very bland. This is my second time coming here and it will be my last. I can see why this place is dying. Avoid this place at all cost!

My server Avis Ware was very knowledgeable and recommended the coffee cake pancakes. They were delicious. She was very attentive. I watch as she worked every table with a smile.
I really like the fact that this is one of the biggest largest IHOPs in Southern California to date the only thing that I don't like is when I come in the evening or early morning hours is that you only have one waiter or waitress this is a very popular locationdate please hire more help it will definitely help in the long run and you'll be rewarded believe me

We went in to try the new 7 dollar menu. We received our food cold. We went for lunch and had limited time. Didn't have enough time to get food redone so we just kept it. Eggs were cold for everyone the French toast was good.

La mesera was very rude with attitude. I always come here and always great customer service con las meseras , but this one that took our table today was very rude as hell. Just because we wanted to order in Spanish . She never offer us any refill or if it’s was everything okay . Manager was so nice . And helpful. He apologized with us too. I did not asked her name , but we came at 10:11pm it was a young lady .

Nobody was in the front the Cashier was in the Bathroom when I went to pick up my order! The pancake is bad quality! I requested condiments and only got honey ! No ketchup or hot sauce! For the price is not worth it.
