My go to burger place for years, I guess it's only fair if I leave a 5 star review for years of putting food in my belly haha

Have waited for over an hour at the walk up window
My famil my family and I and our dogs absolutely love in and out ! The only thing I wish is that you could order in and out through doordash or other food deliveries which would make it so much easier and simpler because a lot of times the lines for waiting for food or to order could take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes

Unfortunately, not a good experience this morning. I went early 10:45am. Usually, you can scoot through pretty quick. And usually the fried a crispy and good in the morning. Not starchy fresh cut.
They still manage to be very slow in the morning even if There’s only a couple people in front of you in line. But I can wait 10 minutes. Major issues were they gave me raw undercooked french fries that were soggy. And a Dr Pepper instead of a Diet Coke that was clearly marked Diet Coke so somebody screwed that up…and then oddly they gave me a paper placemat that smelled so awful it almost was reminiscent of Diesel fuel or something, but it was the ink from the printer… nauseating gave me a headache. It was crazy how strongly it smells. The burger was OK.

I love that this place opens til 1 am. Drive thru line was still long. I'm aware that burgers are made fresh, but our fries seemed stale.

How line cuts across the nextdoor dealership
This is one of the smallest in and out I've been to and the slowest. I worked nights and was craving in and out for dinner. So Me and my co-worker, Roy. waited in line for twenty minutes didn't even take our order yet. So we left, and got something Else to eat. Shame, I was craving, it.
