The staff is very fast and friendly. I like ordering at the kiosk but a few times I did order at the counter. I never have to wait a long time for my order. Everything is always perfect. I personally recommend the Galaxy with boba. One of my go to drinks.
Parking: Lots of shops so spots fill up and the lot gets packed. Sometimes it's easy and other days it's not. 50/50

Only visit this place 'to go'. The food is good but the seating is woefully inadequate. Only two tables with four seats each, both of which were occupied by couples who had long since finished eating when I visited. There's plenty of room for more chairs, inside and outside, but there weren't any, and the few they do have people just sit in forever. Really annoying.

It actually wasn’t my original plan to stop here, but I discovered this IBT by accident as I was leaving the plaza after dining at another restaurant. So I stopped here. The décor is the best I’ve seen at an IBT. Lights look like they have thick filaments whose shape is visible but are likely LED or other newer lighting technology.

As chains go Boba Time is solid. Doesn't quite have the pop of smaller establishments but there's enough of them around that if you're craving boba you'll probably find one of these.
Delicious! You can't go wrong. Just pay attention and don't add too many bad things but both is delicious. Is a great drink to chew on the way and the rest of the things that they offer are also
