I enjoyed my beverage. Was served quickly. I sat at a table and noticed they are quick to serve with small crowds, but could become overwhelmed if there is a large enough crowd. The employees are extremely friendly and the cashier serves with a smile. There's very little seating, no wifi, and only one outlet that doesn't seem to invite guest usage. My favorite boba spot, every time I’m in California I have to hit up a it’s boba time no matter the location. My favorite drink is the Thai iced tea with extra boba, it just satisfies the empty void in my life.

Not trying to sound biased, but I’ve noticed a consistent issue that’s honestly just become frustrating. Every time I come in and the female staff are on shift, my order is either not taken correctly or I’m told my go-to drink “doesn’t exist” — even though it's literally right there on the menu screen. I always ask for a mango guava tea, and it’s met with confusion or dismissal.
