The store employee at the drive-thru didn't hand me the order and asked me to get out of the car and go to the window myself to take a picture of the name on the order. There were two separate orders with four drinks for two different customers. The customers behind me were getting impatient. But I needed to adjust the front seat and fasten my seatbelt for safe driving when I got back into the car. Then this employee came out of the store and got into a red car. That's quite strange.

January 22, 2026, 7:26 pm 😡Merna (person in charge) started our order, when my EBT was denied, she left the register and us while she went to help other customer(s) in drive thru ☹️ 4 mins we stood there unattended, we called her back, she rolled her eyes and was very rude the second time we tried our EBT card. We felt like she was ignoring us because we are homeless; she then instructed Sergio, (who was attending the drive thru) to help us in completing our order, apparently the refrigerators needed more attention than us, I stood there again another 4 mins waiting for my cheeseburgers, while they were ready and sitting under the heat lamp, I had to whistle very loud to get Merna's attention again, to give us our order, she finally gave us our order, then turned around and scolded Sergio who was busy with drive thru for NOT helping us at the restaurant register. Sergio, should be commened; as for Merna, the so called manager, maybe serving the homeless is not for her, we appreciate Jack in the Box for accepting EBT in our trying times 🙏🏼👍🏼

Wait times in the drive thru were very short, the staff were friendly and accommodating and the food quality and taste is consistent. Never any surprises, you get the great food you ordered and are expecting. And you don't have to take out a loan to afford it either. Watch for online specials.

Just left the drive thru. A man supposedly name Marco was taking orders. My food was given incorrect. We got back in line and he was very upset we went back. He started telling us next time we should speak up more when ordering. He went on saying very rude and unprofessional stuff to a customer. He seamed like the shift manager. If you don’t like serving than maybe this isn’t for you! He turned something simple into a big disrespectful situation.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The employee at the window gave my DoorDash order to the wrong person, then told me to leave and asked me to cancel the order. He was extremely rude. I showed him my order confirmation number, but he still told me to leave and refused to give me my order. He accused me of doing something illegal and threatened to call 911, saying, “Are you really going to risk it for $3?”

Instead of admitting his mistake and fixing it, he kept saying the police were coming. When I asked for his name multiple times, he slammed the window in my face. The entire situation was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

My husband and I always seem to have an issue when we order through the drive-thru that we apparently can't hear the people through the drive-thru speaker or they don't get our orders correct and one of the managers is very rude not very friendly or pleasant at all

To be honest, I can’t say much about the rest of the staff, they were nice but also about what you’d typically expect from a fast food experience. But Marco? He completely changed my outlook.

From the moment I interacted with him, Marco was courteous, professional, and efficient, everything you hope for, but rarely get in a fast-food restaurant. Then I sat down with my meal… and I was shocked. The food was neatly prepared, delicious, and hot, it honestly made me forget I was even in a fast food restaurant for a moment. Major props to the cook! It was clear that whoever made the food didn’t just go through the motions, they put heart into it. So thank you for that.

What really stood out, though, was how Marco treated everyone. I overheard him help another guest who had a language barrier, and he showed them the same respect and professionalism he showed me. That kind of consistent kindness is rare, and it deserves recognition.

Marco is a great example of what good service should look like, not just for customers, but for fellow team members too. Jack in the Box is lucky to have him.
