Love that customer service

Been coming to this Jacks for over 30 years. Today I placed an online order to pick up through drive through. I understandably had to wait for what was probably 20 minutes so they might have been busy.

When I get to the window a lady with a blonde bun (I will get her name) was at the drive through window. She took about 5 minutes to help and tried to charge me for an order. I reminded her I was an online order so she grabbed my items that were already ready and handed them to me.

This is where things turn, I asked for Good Good Sauce and BBQ Sauce and she said “everything is already in the bag”. When I started to check she then handed me 3 Sauces packets for 8 burgers. I asked for some more so THEN SHE SHUTS THE WINDOW ON ME and begins to ignore me. I honked trying to get her attention but she kept ignoring me. I had to then park and go inside to get the rest of the Sauces. When I went inside she went deep in the kitchen to hide because she knows what she did was wrong.

I wasn’t rude to her and understand they’re busy but you can’t take it out on your customers because you’re overwhelmed. I will be contacting corporate as I’m sure I’m not the only one to be treated this way and it needs to stop. Fast food workers get compensated well for them not to offer exceptional service. This was January 4th at around 2pm.

IT terrible at this loctation and don't come to this place if You don't want get mád but also the workers are trash especially the manager and i had to leave without getting food because they couldnt give to me in 35 minutes and they never help me out

It's Jack in the Box. If you're expecting anything other than fast and salty, you'll be disappointed :-)

Ordered 2 orders of tacos at the drive thru. I thought it was illegal to sell hot food below room temperature.

Ordered food for pick up. What I got was good, but over half the order was missing. A chicken sanwich, two orders of fries and all the condiments were not included in the SEALED bag. Tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I don't have a car and am disabled so yeah....
2 people are not eating for a while while we come up with another plan.

They need to hire more competent workers. I asked if their salad had spinach because I’m highly allergic, to which they said no. I order the salad COMBO and to my surprise not only did I not get the combo meal, but the salad had spinach. I asked for spicy crispy chicken and got grilled chicken. Not to mention the girl working the drive through had such a nasty attitude and face.

What’s the point of having a pick up window if you gonna force drivers to go through the drive thry and waste like 35 mins while the order is ready and the customer is waiting better deliver food cold right?

Went in for a combo today and there was something off about my burger at first I thought I was imagining it but from what I confirmed the onions where rancid ended up vomiting the burger back on to box out of respect I won’t post picture but yeah it’s time to stop eating out I can taste the onion even after washing my mouth it’s not supposed to taste like this
