Went to this location. Ordered a drink sandwich and fries. Drink was not full. And found hair in both sandwich and fries. Threw away the whole thing. Never happened before in other locations. A refund would be nice.

I do frequent Jack in the box in Valley Village and Acton, and you are treated with courtesy. This one, you are not greeted. When ordering, it feels like you are begging them for the food you are purchasing. I think management need to go over their customer service skills.

What can I say, it’s Jack in the box. Dependable for a good burger and some fries.Though I have noticed that the curly fries have gotten shorter over the years. Perhaps it’s a potato conspiracy.
Pésimo servicio con un muchacho que nos atendió por el drive thru. Le dijimos que no queríamos cebolla ni pepinillos en las hamburguesas, y lo hizo a propósito ya que le repetí la orden en 3 veces y le dije que no lo quería con cebolla ni pepinillo. No entiendo el porqué no escuchan al cliente si al final de cuenta uno está gastando el dinero. La única que atiende de una manera súper bien y amable se la señora Sonia, pero esta vez un muchacho agarró la orden. Dinero malgastado.
I called and spoke to the manager Fernando and Brenda who was truly responsive, fast, efficient, professional and on another level! Their customer service, was better than another fast food restaurant , thank you everyone at jack in the box for doing an excellent job!

I know fast food is greasy but jack has been a little too greasy the last few months . I'll try it here and there and it never fails, the bottom of the bag is oozing with grease. Aside from the food the wrappers and boxes the food comes in is also greasy. Almost like someone dipped their hand in grease and just started packing your food.
