Food was good, no complain on that. But the customer service was horrible. I placed an order through the app. When I get there someone making food smiled at me but nobody came to the counter so I helped myself to my food that was in the pick up area and labeled for me and then the person making the food yells to the manager that im taking food. The manager then turns around and yells at me that I need to call him to get my food. I understand they’re trying to do their job, but in my opinion they’re not doing it correctly because when I worked in fast food I never expected the customer to grab my attention nor did I raise my voice at a customer. Mind you there was probably max 3 customers only so I don’t understand why they’re not aware of who is coming in their stores. Also, the manager said that he had 3 other customers with my name to pick up food but never asked for my last name so how would he know if I was the correct person. There’s no need to lie either..

Extremely rude employees. Do not come here. The man working the window on night shift has his cars cheating the drive time. I honked at the vehicle in front of me because he was 3 feet away from the window not moving. (Hence the cheating the drive time) The man in the window was aggressive as hell and told me “you don’t have any patience? You don’t need to eat here then, And you should never honk it’s not necessary you never know who you are honking at (what are you implying sir?) I left the drive thru immediately and took my money to a different location. I saw a car not moving so I honked, I did what anyone would have done in that situation. The cars behind me were honking too. Didn’t trust my food after that so I went to the Jack in the box up the road.
