Jack in the Box

This Jack in the Box was an excellent experience. The customer service was fast with a pleasant clear voice for the drive-In order, Also when I went inside to get extra ketchups a Jr burger, I was greeted by the amazing staff who treated me like family. I highly recommend everyone to go to this Jack in the Box for a happy dining experience.

I recently visited Jack in the Box for breakfast, and I have to commend Alex at the drive-thru for his exceptional service. Every time I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Alex, he’s been clear, polite, and highly professional. At the window, he goes above and beyond, providing consistent and outstanding service that really stands out. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone so dedicated to delivering great customer experiences.

The food met the usual quality I expect from Jack in the Box, which keeps me coming back, but Alex’s exceptional service is truly what makes each visit memorable. I can’t say enough about his work ethic and positive attitude. I would recommend stopping by this location just to experience the fantastic service Alex provides.

I went to this jack in the box and i ordered two combos with regular fries after i received my ordered i was reaching for the fries and they where cold and jus dry, i went thru the drive thru and i told them and i also asked for napkin because i didn’t get some the first time i went thru the drive thru but they where out of napkins.

5 Stars and a shout out to Alex, the cashier that took my lunch order on September 6. He is absolutely the friendliest, most courteous, intelligent, on the ball employee at this Jack in the Box. He should be promoted to manager, as other than Alex this Jack is a poorly run, long lines for average food, NOT a fast food, dirty, homeless people swearing and shouting at each other while dining inside restaurants that I've ever been to.
