I got sick from eating here.
disgusting attitude towards food delivery people, they don't deliver orders on time, you have to wait 10 minutes or more, which will cause the delivery people's rating to drop,
Was waiting in line just to order almost 20 mins literally lost my whole lunch here
A restaurant that is extremely clean, it took a while to prepare the food, but the fact that they kept the restaurant so clean surprised me.☺️
Never had to wait that long for a meal, and to have waited that long to get cold food was the cherry on top.

The staff here is so kind and just amazing! They seem way beyond their level you would normal see at a place like this that is fitting to have as it's high demand and high frustration too.
They people are just awesome!!

Order through grubhub and half of my order was missing, grubhub offered me a refund for missing items but they never made a refund. Food that made it to me was good, bit too greesey for my liking.
This Jack in the Box was an excellent experience. The customer service was fast with a pleasant clear voice for the drive-In order, Also when I went inside to get extra ketchups a Jr burger, I was greeted by the amazing staff who treated me like family. I highly recommend everyone to go to this Jack in the Box for a happy dining experience.
