I've been to this location twice, and both times the employees were all very kind and respectful. They made the smoothies to perfection and offered a free vitamin or protein add in. The peanut butter moo'd is my absolute guilty pleasure. They keep this location clean constantly. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!Parking: Depending on the time of day, parking can be a little hectic. There is metered parking and also free 1 hour parking down the street

The NoHo Jamba Juice is my go-to spot for delicious smoothies. At my last visit, I was greeted and served by Crystal. She was such a delight! We had a lovely conversation and she had the most infectious energy. She brings such a light to this store. Plus, she makes a mean Greens smoothie.

Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. The drink was as ordered. However, the location is a very busy area with very little parking. When I stopped in, they had just received several online orders with only one person working at that time. They worked as hard and quickly as possible but it was still a wait until another person returned from break.

The new manager Crystal is the worst! Crystal's energy is beyond negative and she doesn't talk to her staff with respect. Crystal talks to her staff as if there's a pecking order. I've been going to this location for years and have been treated great by all the previous Staff and Managers until Crystal. I've witnessed Crystal talk bad to her employees, reprimanding them in-front of customers, not be accommodating or courteous to customers, and when I say witnessed, she's not directly rude she does it with a smile while talking to water her actions down, which in my opinion is worse than being direct. I honestly hope Crystal is not a permanent manager here at this location bc if this is the case I'm no longer coming to this location.

I ordered over the phone so i couldnt leave feedback on the app and i don't want to call since their busy right now but these ladies were able to accommodate to my needs and were extremely nice about getting me the sandwich I wanted even if their system was having problems letting me add it to my order. Just felt really grateful that they were able to do everything right and they just seem really chill for the job pace. Really appreciate it and I'm sorry if I am being annoying I just really think when people do their job right in jobs that can be hard at times which I understand, i feel like going out of my way to show my appreciation.
