Jersey Mike's Subs

I go here every once in a while to get the club sub. Its a very tasty sandwich. But 2 of the last 3 times I've been they don't make it right. Phone order, I specifically ask if it has mayo and bacon, thinking maybe something changed on the menu. Each time they say yes. Then I get home and theres no mayo and no bacon. I don't have time to go back.

Paid 26 bucks to attempt to rip apart a soaked soggy foot long as it disintegrated in my hands because the employees can't cut a sub properly. Wasn't even really wrapped. Insides just spilling out everywhere. Honestly it was extremely hard not putting a hole in my wall as I stomached the few disgusting bites. While I often have problems with this location such as wrong items,incompetent or rude employees, or a soggy sub but it's never been this disgusting before. I'm tapping out no more mikes for me.

I did not get acknowledgment when I came in. It was not busy. The girl that helped me hate her job. Not friendly at all. Not a good experience.

Just like any Jersey Mikes. But this place is very small limited seating and small work area.

A very long wait

This store is now dangerous. They gave me the wrong order. I’m allergic to what they gave me. The manager didn’t care. I started getting nervous because I was getting tingly and he didn’t care. Just made an excuse that they are busy. Now I have to take Benadryl and ruin the rest of my day. The store was also really dirty, they make the takeout orders in the back and you could see trash on floor from the cashier area. Also the staff wear gloves but touch dirty surfaces…

Had to walk out. This location is bs and thieves in the way of nickel and diming their customers. They, unlike other locations, charge for extra meat rather than substitute a meat for another. Which is ridiculous as they have some sandwiches with three meats but want us to pay more for two; and they only give like two slices and want me to pay as much for double as if I was to go to a store a buy an entire package. Highly recommend you go to any other location, plenty in the area.

On September 23rd, I was hungry and wanted something remotely healthy to eat in the later evening. So, I thought a Cali Veggie sub would be a good choice.

I told the employee, black male with dreads, what I wanted. He did not seem very friendly or welcoming, and he did not say anything, but I tried to keep an open mind.

He already had gloves on when I told him what I wanted to order. After I gave him my order, he went to the register and pulled a receipt, walked over to the oven area, and put the receipt above. Then, he came over to the prep station and started to prepare my sandwich.

I was very bothered by that. That was so unsanitary! I wanted to say something, but I was trying not to make it an issue. Unfortunately, it was all I could think about from that point on. I should have said something or just told him to cancel my order. That is what I wanted to do. But, I did not.

I was very concerned about being exposed to bacteria and germs that could possibly have adverse effects on my health.

It is sad that I have seen many people (especially in food service) who believe that their hands are clean, if they have gloves on, regardless of what they touch. That is very inaccurate!

Suffice to say that this experience was very disappointing, concerning, disturbing, and worse, I paid for it. Hopefully, this location makes an effort to be more sanitary and do better. But, needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

Will not be going back anymore because 1. No longer giving veteran’s discount 2. The guy making the order concentrated on making the sub behind me order 3. Was asked by guy if I want mikes way, said no, went and told him what I wanted and proceeded to tell me that is mikes way + whatever ingredients. Thanks I didn’t need to know that smarty pants.

Just went to jersey Mike's and usually everyone is kind and nice ? then there's Nash he asked if I wanted extra toppings on my salad and I said yes but no tomato's or banana peppers , he proceeds to say that's not what I asked and rolled his eyes
I didn't know the additue was a extra topping
Not sure why you hire people who hate there job and act this way .
