Avoid this Jersey mikes if possible. They get a lot of traffic and because the food is made to order they get backed up. The young kids working there seem tired overworked and underpaid. I had one of them take out their frustrations on my sandwich. They overloaded it with mayo I mean like a whole bottles worth on my sandwich as a big F you to me. Messed up part was that the sandwich was for a security guard that protects our business. That security guard is a large man who was on his way to get more than a free sandwich back from these poor-what’s that term for children without a father? We stopped him, took the loss because they are just kids trying to find a way in life n treat their job making sandwiches as a stepping stone. Come here when it’s slow if not be prepared for little kids begging to get spanked or throw a tantrum. Don’t believe me go experience this for yourself just be kind to the kids, their cell phones have their minds all messed up unaware of what’s really going on in the world and their place in it. Good luck & remember subway is always a safe bet for a quick sandwich.

the owner REALLY needs to do something about the RUDE STAFF and the HORRIBLE sandwich making . I opened the wrap and this is what i got? RIDICULOUS! whats the point going bCl to complain? theyre just going to deny everything. DO NOT GO TO THIS JERSEY MIKES. SUPPORT ANOTHER ONE

Sandwiches are good but the music is so loud you have to yell your order. Then they forget 1/2 your order when trying to hear the next part. Why is this necessary?

Can I just say the employee who took our call in order made my day? He was so nice and polite and honestly went above and beyond. The Italian sandwich done Mikes way was delicious as usual but honestly the human interaction made the experience at this location so worth it.

(Im posting this review late to document why I have not been to this location for 2 years)I've been going to this location for years, since they opened.The chain is great - this location not so much, mostly because of Daniel the owner who takes a flippant attitude towards hygiene.I got hair in my food once and a piece of plastic another time.The hair happened most recently.I told the teenage "manager" I wanted to contact the owner becuase this was the 2nd time I got a foreign object in my sandwich.Daniel, the owner, literally emails me that he hires teenagers so this is bound to happen again because it's their first job and they are "trying their best".My wife and I literally laughed at his response.So now that we know how the owner views hygiene standards, we of course would never eat here again - god knows what we have already injested eating here over the years.There is another location very close by on hollywood way - so if you prefer not to roll the dice with what you eat I suggest that location.
This is the best Jersey Mikes in the area. The manager has such a great vibe and makes you feel very welcome

My order was messed up here, and they gave me 2 free sub cards to make up for it that I went back to pick up when I was able. The sub was a gluten free one. When I came back to redeem the free sub cards, they tried to charge me for the gluten free bread - even though it was supposed to be in place of a remake. I had to redeem the cards as bowls without bread, but it’s super unprofessional for me to lose cost value due to their error. They then tried to gaslight me by acting like the manager didn’t remember who I was even though I had cards in hand with that specific location’s address. I tried to email in and never received a reply. I used to be a regular, but this made me stop coming honestly.
