Jersey Mike's Subs

What is going on with this location. They keep hiring teenagers to make your food. They do nothing but make bad sandwiches and cross contaminate the entire restaurant. Ordered a philly and I got a mess that the bread crumbles into pieces as soon as you touch it and it's not even connected. They gave me an old gross price ot bread that couldnt hold anything. Please fix this jersey mikes and properly train your employees or I will never return. Sad thing is I live at noho west it's upsetting

Ordered #5 regular super sub sandwich. Opted for light vinegar and mayo and mustard packets on the side so I could just add the desired amount. Food was fresh and it was convenient to just order via the app for in store pickup. Food was ready when I got there.

I’ve come here unintentionally a lot recently (as it gets warmer I crave a cold cut!) and they are always ALWAYS busy but they also always ALWAYS hustle. Food is great and service is always courteous!

Unfortunately this was my first and last time to come here after the tall white guy wearing a face mask never gave me my receipt. That's why I was waiting. He told the short coworker with black glasses that I didn't want the receipt....well no your tall white coworker never asked me if I wanted one. Then I asked her for her name and she said they're not allowed to give it out. Hence no name tags. Weird people. Talk louder and be clear and ask customers if they want their receipt instead of lying. Retake your customer service training again because it's crystal clear you failed.

i have been ordering and coming to this Jersey Mike from when they open but the service has gotten very bad now they do not even ask if you want a bag they just charge you with out asking we you are buying 2 to 5 Subs I thing they sued not charge you for the paper bag they sued just give it to you and the portions on the Subs are getting less i guess they made a name for them and now they do not care any more i guess i will not be going back and find a New Place

I recently visited this store with my seven year old son. We ordered our usual and went to the table to eat. After opening my sandwich I realized it wasn’t cut in half. No big deal of course but when I asked the lady at the register if she can cut it in half she looked at me and quickly walked away. My sandwich sat there on the counter next to the register for quiet some time. I went back to ask if she was going to have it cut? I couldn’t believe it when handed me a 10’ kitchen knife and said you can do it yourself. Unbelievable! My son and I asked for refund and walked out the site. She refused to give me her name. It’s sad to see that someone worked so hard to get to this point and have several stores but can’t higher and train properly. We won’t be back
