Went into Jersey Mikes last night at september 29, 8:30pm. Walking into Jersey Mike’s and being helped by Eleni felt like stepping into a well tuned symphony. every note in perfect harmony. She wasn’t just an employee, she was the conductor making sure the whole experience played out flawlessly. Her service was like a lighthouse on a foggy night, guiding me through the menu with clarity and warmth. Eleni had the precision of a sculptor, crafting my sandwich with care and artistry, yet carried the ease of a summer breeze, making the whole process feel effortless. She turned a simple dinner stop into a story worth retelling, proof that great customer service can be as memorable as a favorite song stuck in your head. I will always choose Jersey Mikes over subway now, because of how great her service was.

Great lunch! Picked up The Italian sub last night. Omgosh all the staff are so friendly & nice to each other too <3 Thanks Ryan & Brandon for making my sandwhich how I like. Lots of mayo & pickles. Neatly packaged & clean station. Cashier girl is so sweet. The lady after me also said what nice sandwiches they made. I'll come back to this location again! Thanks ^-^/

What is going on with this location. They keep hiring teenagers to make your food. They do nothing but make bad sandwiches and cross contaminate the entire restaurant. Ordered a philly and I got a mess that the bread crumbles into pieces as soon as you touch it and it's not even connected. They gave me an old gross price ot bread that couldnt hold anything. Please fix this jersey mikes and properly train your employees or I will never return. Sad thing is I live at noho west it's upsetting

Ordered #5 regular super sub sandwich. Opted for light vinegar and mayo and mustard packets on the side so I could just add the desired amount. Food was fresh and it was convenient to just order via the app for in store pickup. Food was ready when I got there.

Always have a fantastic experience here! The staff is very interactive and kind. Food is always good! Overall, my favorite jersey mikes to go to

I’ve come here unintentionally a lot recently (as it gets warmer I crave a cold cut!) and they are always ALWAYS busy but they also always ALWAYS hustle. Food is great and service is always courteous!

Unfortunately this was my first and last time to come here after the tall white guy wearing a face mask never gave me my receipt. That's why I was waiting. He told the short coworker with black glasses that I didn't want the receipt....well no your tall white coworker never asked me if I wanted one. Then I asked her for her name and she said they're not allowed to give it out. Hence no name tags. Weird people. Talk louder and be clear and ask customers if they want their receipt instead of lying. Retake your customer service training again because it's crystal clear you failed.
