I don’t know what it is about this location but every time we go, we never get a proper portion of lettuce. We always get shortchanged and they are excessively heavy on mayo, as someone who knows the proper portions based on my past knowledge as a JJ employee. The bathroom is locked after 8.

However, the workers are always very positive. I’m disappointed at with the inconsistency. I have tried to brush these complaints off but it has been upwards to three times now with different sets of people behind the line each time who do not give the proper portions. Quite frankly, this is a little frustrating. Attached are pictures of the insides of our sandwiches.

Overall, I suggest finding a location more consistent with the JJ standards.

Daryl is a cheerful pick me up every time I stop by! He always has a huge smile, is exceptionally professional and so freaky fast! I’ve also heard him coaching and training others and I can tell he’s an amazing leader. I come by this location at least once a month and always have a great experience.

Parking: There’s street parking all around the intersection, just depends how much you need to walk. Service is usually quick enough that I can put in a quarter for 15 minutes at the meter and I leave well before it runs out.

I've had 2 experiences with this particular location, both were approx a week or so apart. The first time was walk-in, and the service was great! My sandwich the #9, was made exactly how I requested and like it. Service was great and the employees were cool. The second experience was yesterday and I ordered thru the app. This was a mistake and for some reason I knew it as soon as I submitted the order. The only notification I received was that they got my order. They never updated the system that they were making my order, and therefore, I never knew when it was time to go and pick it up. Most importantly though, the sandwich had absolutely NO oil&vinegar, which I requested extra, and there was barely any mayonnaise on it. In other words, the sandwich was dry as hell! The bread got hard before I could eat the whole thing.

Parking: Typical for what I'm discovering about Los Angeles. I'm from Texas and we don't have parking issues or space issues, for that matter.

Why do you think it’s okay to serve people OLD VEGETABLES and put it in their sandwiches?! The cucumber looks yellow!!! This is disgusting!!! I can’t even eat this!! Why isn’t there fresh food readily available for customers?!

I come every Monday to get a sandwich with my friend, and i've never met somebody. So caring , nice, and very easy to talk to. This man is very good at his job . Darryl! Is the reason we keep coming back. Sandwiches fantastic always come out delicious, and his customer service is undefeated. Fantastic employee .??? Thank you, Daryl
