Came for taco Tuesday. Left sad. Tried 4 of every taco they had. 20 in all. Every meat from pork to chicken to beef was as dry as sand. Like it had been left out for 3 days and somehow ended up in a dry husk of a corn tortilla. Only redeeming quality was the salsa bar to rehydrate the food partially. But even drenched could not save the tacos. Bathrooms are were out of service and help was extremely hard to come by. But when the service did come they were nice. Only reason this post gets 2 stars and not 1.

The 1.49 tacos are amazing especially mushroom, pollo, carna and barbacoa tacos.

Waiters their are not on point or at least the time are group went. One hour and ten minutes and are drinks never made it. We walked out

We arrived on time for our reservation and had to wait about 5 minutes to get seated, which wasn't too bad. I was then seated on the higher booths, which I prefer over the regular seating. It felt like a Quinceañera salon setup. We waited another 10 minutes seated before someone approached us and asked if we needed anything. We decided to start with drinks and ordered them. However, we waited 10, 15, and 20 minutes without getting our drinks. At this point, I was annoyed and looked around to try and ask for our drinks. I saw the server who had asked us if we wanted drinks walking in from her break. So, I guess the drinks were never placed and we never received them. Disappointed, we walked out and vowed never to try this place again.

Love this place but the DJ was live and it felt like it was just the regular playlist. But good vibes as always.

I came here for the first time for my birthday. I was really excited to try this place but was quickly turned off. There were 4 of us total and once sat we placed our drink order. Before all of us even got our drink order(only 2 girls had them) these two guys came up to us with a camera and were being very pushy about taking a photo. We were so confused as to what was happening because we could barely hear them and they just kept telling us to pose and to take a picture. We kept telling them no and that we wanted to wait for everyone to get their drink but they just stood there trying to continue to get us to take pictures. Once we all got our drinks we let them take a picture, honestly to just get them to leave us alone. I asked one guy what this was for and he said he would show us in a couple of minutes. I thought they were going to use them for marketing purposes or something but nope they came back to us with the photos in frames and requested $22 for each picture. I told the guy that next time he needs to ask first before doing all that because we were bombarded and we felt extremely uncomfortable. Horrible way to treat customers. Our food came out and it honestly looked better than it tased, not terrible but not worth the price. While there, we saw a lot of people get birthday shots with sparklers, their name on a board and got sang happy birthday to. My friends said they were going to do that for me but it was $75!!! That's insane and highway robbery! The shots were mixed with juice or something and they literally sang for 1 minute, I timed it! $75 for one minute is ridiculous and I would never pay that nor would I expect my friends to. I ordered a shot before we got the bill and the waitress forgot it so I had to flag her down to get it. Definitely won't be back.

Drunk or not them nachos will make your night I promise yall AND THE VIBE IS EMACULATE

Went to their “Taylor Swift” Brunch. It was unorganized and chaos.

We ordered food but it never came. They seemingly had ONE server and a food runner for a packed restaurant. The server who was working was great and did her very best.

We had a vegan in our party who could not eat as there were no vegan/eggless options on the brunch menu but there were a few on the regular menu which we were told was unavailable.

They did not check any reservations or tickets to the event. At no time were we asked to provide them. All and all for the $30 admission (with nothing included but the show) and the lack of staffing for an event this popular…we will not return.

It made me miss Big Wangs.

I came after long time not coming, food is below mid and the drinks are a joke i sobered up after trying a cocktail it was a upset it’s nothing but artificial juice I wouldn’t recommend the drinks at all.

What an amazing place to enjoy a meal! The food was absolutely fantastic! Our server was incredible—she really took the time to explain the menu and made some great recommendations since it was our first time there. She even let us explore options for sharing so we could try a variety of dishes! We kicked things off with the Chicken Taquitos, which were loaded with cheese and guacamole—so delicious! The Enchilada mole was bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. And those Quesa Birria Tacos? Wow! They were oozing with flavor and absolutely heavenly. We decided to go for the margarita flight, and let me tell you, all four flavors were a hit! This place is definitely a must-visit!

My experience at Kavaleras North Hollywood was extremely disappointing. I had a coupon for free nachos with the purchase of a beer, but the bartender repeatedly questioned its validity until we pointed out the coworker who had given it to us.

The atmosphere was unwelcoming and discriminatory, and as a Black customer, I felt especially disrespected. If your Spanish accent isn’t flawless, prepare to be corrected in a rude and condescending manner. It’s clear this place doesn’t value all of its patrons equally. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking fair treatment or a welcoming environment.

I love this place! I've been here on a Tuesday and on a Friday and I'm just as impressed! Drinks are just right!!

If you want to eat and have a good time this is the place! Keep in mind this place is for loud convos and big laughs. If you're an extrovert this place is perfect. Do not recommend for first dates when you're trying to get to know someone or catching up with an old friend.
