Worst fast food spot in the valley. The only thing they are consistent with is AWFUL customer service and leaving things out of your order. For my most recent trip, I did not receive the applesauce, dipping sauce or stickers for my kids meal. I wanted to order some apple pie bites and was told they didn't have any ready. ( excuse me, aren't you standing in the same room where they get made? And..you get paid to make them) Employees are always talking to each other while they ring you up, never focused on you, they have attitudes if you try to ask a question and are generally not friendly or helpful. Drive down laurel canyon, south for about 5 minutes to that KFC location, you'll be better off!

Got an oder of the 6 pc wings, the store wouldn't allow for the 12 pcs with wedges for some reason but thank God they did. I have never seen more sorry chicken wings in my life largest one barely one and half inch long. And ant wouldn't marvel at the size of these things but thank God they saved me from 12 and only 6 5o throw in the trash.

KFC has some great dishes. The problem is the consistency. I love the Pot pies when they have meat in them. I love the hot chicken wings and the potato wedges when they are not dried out and overcooked like they were this last time I ordered I got all the way home and my food was rock hard. I called and they said they would replace the food when I come in to pick it up. I guess it was almost 9 o’clock so my fault.

I ordered original recipe in drive thru 8 piece meal $24. Was not original recipe tasted like the chicken you get at the hot bar at the grocery store. Smells overdone. Worst experience at any I’ve ever had

I was hungry this afternoon and although the price at $14.79 for a two-piece combo...no drink, was a bit pricey, but the chicken was excellent and very satisfying. God bless, KFC.
