KFC should get in trouble for fake advertising they have a big sign saying that they accept snap EBT but when I tried to pay they said they don't accept EBT since I have a new EBT card with a chip and tap tap to pay option

Ordered 6 piece chicken thru uber. They gave me 4 pieces and wrong sides. I called them up and the lady who was behind the line condecendingly told me to take it up with uber. Dont know how to count and how to manage calls, quit now!

6 orders of fried chicken sandwiches just to get ONE made correctly. How hard is it to understand spicy chicken sandwich, add additional not spicy mayo to whatever comes standard with the spicy chicken sandwich, and then add extra pickles? I just can't with these non-English speakers. This neighborhood is turning back to Russian, Armenian, and American so it's time to get some English speakers behind the register. You can't mess up 5 out of 6 orders bc you hire people who don't speak the native language. Also, the tables are permanently dirty, so are the floors, they never give napkins even if you spend over $50, no free refills for dine-in patrons, and they make you wait for pickup orders while they do drive through. Like, I'm here...my food is here getting cold....why am I waiting 7 min just to grab something 3 feet away from me? Bad service.
I ordered drive through, I was in a hurry to get on the road. The staff was friendly, my food was hot and fresh and I only spent a little bit of time waiting.
