KFC has some great dishes. The problem is the consistency. I love the Pot pies when they have meat in them. I love the hot chicken wings and the potato wedges when they are not dried out and overcooked like they were this last time I ordered I got all the way home and my food was rock hard. I called and they said they would replace the food when I come in to pick it up. I guess it was almost 9 o’clock so my fault.

The staff at this restaurant have started deciding which customers will have to wait a long time for their order and which won't. Last night they asked me to wait in another parking lot so I wouldn't have to wait in line at the drive-thru to pick up my order. Other delivery drivers were dispatched quickly, but I was ignored for no reason.

Staff is not helpful. They saw me standing there and never once Greeted me I had an order that I can see sitting there but they rather just stand and pretend they can't see you. I would have came back but not with that service.
