I went to the KFC in Roscoe so I don't recommend an employee named Maribel who is super cold and rude and doesn't listen to her customers and she looked down on me and who surely doesn't want to work at KCF if I go to KFC I want a crispy chicken but the chicken is soggy so really Total neither the service nor the quality are up to par!!! I won't go there again It’ Very bad for the Company

Just the worst place I’ve been. The kiosk was covered in something sticky, the workers were just laughing in the back. To top it all off when my order was done they didn’t even say my name. If your the boss and you see this review, please check on your workers. Unless you were inside but didn’t care. Whatever never going back to this stinking hole. 👎

My Online order specifically asked if I needed utensils. When they weren't in my order bag, I asked if I could get two forks and was told no because it wasn't on my order and refused. So embarrassingly say in my car and so had to cut up the lid to my bowl and use that as a spoon. Thanks and sincerely, Gravy fingers.

Employee was laughing loudly with other employees while handling my food and taking my payment. I asked him to bag my sandwich meals in separate bags and he couldn’t hear me from all the laughing that was happening inside the restaurant. When it was time to pay, I heard a different amount from what was charged on my card. I couldn’t verify because I didn’t have my receipt. Had to drive back to the restaurant because I couldn’t verify if there was a mistake made in my order. The guy who gave me my order and took my payment at drive thru was Alejandro Avelarde the supervisor at this KFC. The SUPERVISOR!!

Ordered the $10 8 piece Tuesday special via the app. Food is always cooked fresh and hot whenever I pick up here. Probably one of the better locations in the valley. I usually order the crispy version since it’s less sodium than the original recipe.

Never go here during lunch hour dinner hour or any other our if you're looking for the crispy chicken they will never have it ready during the dinner time lunch time hours. As a matter of fact I don't think they ever have it ready you always have to wait 15-20 minutes for to cook.

Sad that this place with rude cashiers lost costumer because the are aloud to give only 1 or 2 deep sauces per ticket Never will come back
They gave me the wrong order. At the time, I was already at work, and I was not going to drive back. The oder problem is that they get mad when you ask them for a recipe.

This is the WORST KFC I've been to by far. Sometimes you can ignore bad service for good food but here is WORST FOOD and ok service. Super dry chicken and the taste is not even close to the original KFC. DO NOT GO EAT HERE.
