I recently ordered products from the Low Carb U website. There were a number of problems. More than half the products didn't show up. I had paid for shipping for a bulk order, and they still charged the full shipping price, so this was a problem. In addition, I purchased 6-item packages of a product (checked the website to confirm quantity) at what should have been a low price, but they sent smaller packages instead with 1/3 of the quantity. I requested the remaining products or a refund, and dealt with a belligerent representative named Jason apparently, who claimed it was my mistake for not changing one of the settings when ordering. I asked where I should have found any instruction to do that, and he didn't have a response other than "no one else has complained" and "I don't want to argue about it". Since the information was on their website, this should have been simple. I posted a negative Yelp review, and actually got an angry response directly to my email, where Jason indicated he was going to post a (presumably negative) review of my business in retaliation. Since I don't have a business that he could possibly have interacted with, it was pretty silly, but still very inappropriate. Stay far away from Low Carb U!

Amazon sellers beware this company

I'm a former nutritionist. About a decade ago, I was using GG Scandinavian Bran Sprinkles. I haven't been able to find them anywhere recently. After an extensive search, I came across Lo Carb U Foods. They had what I wanted in stock & purchased 3 bags. The following day, Jose called to let me know that they only had 2 bags of the sprinkles, but would supplement with crackers, which are the same thing. I'd just have to smash them up to get sprinkle consistency. He also refunded me 10% of the purchase price for the inconvenience. It was so thoughtful! A week and a half later, I still hadn't received my order, so I called and reached Jose again. He looked into the system and saw that the order had been shipped, but there was an issue with the USPS tracking. He spent a day getting transferred from one person to the next and finally found out that my order had been destroyed in transit! He called me back to let me know that they had packaged more than enough of the crackers to cover the damaged order and were FedEx'ing it to ensure that I had it the following day. I have my product and... WOW! Am I impressed with the conscientious, professional and friendly customer service. It doesn't get better than this. Thank you Jose and Lo Carb-U for getting me back in touch with one of my favorite dietary products and for going the extra mile!

Great poduct

inedible product, very rude owner.

They deserve zero starts. Terrible company. I ordered low carb bread front this company through amazon. The picture they had of what I was buying was not the product I received. When iI reached out to them they told me I had to go through amazon for a refund. When I did that the store denied the refund. After several attempts they stopped returning my messages and refused to refund my money.

Ugliest store you’ll ever see. I just wanted to get out fast. Messy, poor selection, not well organized, no signs, and prices are higher than everywhere else. Hope they improve.

Great place to shop if you're on a keto diet and close to North Hollywood , California. If not they SHIP to you.

large selection of low carb items that you can't easily find at a typical grocery store... i come here when i need/want something quicker than Amazon or Netrition would be able to get it to me, but also stop in occasionally just to browse & impulse buy new keto things to try ?

Love the selection! Great prices too. Tons of items I've only seen online.

I was there recently, still during the pandemic.4 guys were inside. Only one was wearing a mask. When they saw me, they immediately put masks on.I am sure they were removed as soon as I left.Including the 2 guys packing items for shipment.Not going back because of this until we have a treatment for Covid. They do have a selection of processed low carb items, but should offer more ingredients for home cooks. And more options besides Walden Farms.
