I'm a former nutritionist. About a decade ago, I was using GG Scandinavian Bran Sprinkles. I haven't been able to find them anywhere recently. After an extensive search, I came across Lo Carb U Foods. They had what I wanted in stock & purchased 3 bags. The following day, Jose called to let me know that they only had 2 bags of the sprinkles, but would supplement with crackers, which are the same thing. I'd just have to smash them up to get sprinkle consistency....

large selection of low carb items that you can't easily find at a typical grocery store... i come here when i need/want something quicker than Amazon or Netrition would be able to get it to me, but also stop in occasionally just to browse & impulse buy new keto things to try ?
