Ordered 2 Breakfast Deluxe meals and 1 frappe through the drive-thru. When I got to the pickup window, I was asked to park and wait because the frappe would take time to make. After waiting, I was then told to go inside, where I waited another 4 minutes. When my order was finally ready, they forgot the frappe the one item that caused the delay. Using the drive-thru ended up taking longer than going inside from the start. Disappointing experience.

There is a lady that i believe is a manager because she wears a gray dressing shirt different from the rest of the personnel she has really short curly hair I witness her been rude to person that pocks up food she denied to give tge person the food just because the person was waiting to get the order they made to confirm an order and the manager lady said to everyone working there dont give this order to the person to pick up just because the person didn't comply with her demand to confirm she was rude to the driver

Doesn't matter if it is dine in or drive thru the service is always incredibly slow. That is if it is open there have been times where the entire location is closed but will still allow online ordering. If you are looking for something quick, go elsewhere you time will be wasted.

Why did I come on a Sunday at 8:44 PM and you can’t walk in the lobby? Sign says it closes at 9. There’s people inside. The man would not open the door for me. I have no idea what’s going on. I’ll go somewhere else since they want to close early and so early (and this was one of the only decent McDonald’s in the area so I guess now there’s only 1 - since we can’t trust the sign to tell us when it’s going to be open)

This McDonald's location has far surpassed anything I've ever come to expect from a MickeyD. Each of the staff goes above and beyond for customer service. Absolutely blows me away each time I come here. The folks here need to be teaching every other location across the US how it's done the right way!! Thanks for always treating me like a special customer, and not just another hamburger order.
