3/4 kiosk wasn't working correctly and canceled my order twice. On my third attempt it let me pay with card but never gave a receipt. For my friends and I order no receipt was printed. I never got my food. I asked the lady in front if they were working on it but she said she didnt see it in the system. I know i paid for it because it showed on my bank statement AND mcdonalds app. When she looked in the system, she found the two orders that didnt go through and asked me to pay for one. I refused because I've already paid for my order. I went to talk to my friends about it when the lady called me back and said that they found it and can fulfill my order (1 happy meal and 1 large sweet iced tea). When she handed me my order, she kept saying if i ordered a lemonade and I corrected her saying I ordered a large SWEET ICED TEA. She gave me lemonade. They also didn't give me sauce for the chicken nuggets, apple juice (i paid .10 for), AND apple slices. I didnt rwalize until after I left because I was already annoyed of the store. What was the point of buying a happy meal and only getting a portion of what I paid for?

Also, their men's bathroom sink doesn't work. They didn't have any hand sanitizer either.

The pick up slots for app orders are on the exit side. It’s a confusing layout if you don’t frequent this location. The entrance side is for courier pick ups only.

MARIA is very rude and disrespectful raising her voice. She needs to be fired. Seems like she doesn’t want to work. I don’t know how’s she’s the manager.

Very upset the manager was very rude, she shouldn’t be working if she’s going to be disrespectful to customers. She needs to be fired. She started raising her voice so I did to. This is unacceptable from a manager.

Ever since they upgraded this to a fancy new distopian looking building, they have been messing up orders left and right. They had me pay, then later ask me what I even ordered. I get the forgotten order which is of course cold. Downhill fast.

Placed the order on the app for one French fries on the drive through. Upon arrival to the location saw an insane line of cars and decided to go in and pick it up at the counter. After standing 5 minutes by the pick up table and totally ignored by 4 people hanging at the kitchen area I asked if someone could help me with my order. The woman who passed by me without even looking at my order code started looking for it in their kitchen records, asked my name, asked for the number again and finally told me if I ordered for drive through they can’t give it to me at the counter inside!!!! It’s the same place, same kitchen, you just give it to me not through the window. Stupid horrible customer service. Huge wait when it’s supposed to be fast food!

I ordered through the app for my starving child that attends the school across the street because I can't get to her right away and she calls me & tells me they refused to give her, her food! Really ? She's a kid a starving one at that
A screenshot w name should be plenty and enough to give a kid her food! Infuriating that they would think a kid would lie! Mind you she provided everything to be able to pick it up! Awful just awful the way they treat kids !

Horrible manager (night shift) who barely understands nor speaks English enough and is arrogant and insecure on top of it ! The lady who assisted him isn’t any better.
