I placed my order inside before 8pm and upon getting my food they told me I had to leave the store because they are closed after 8 for dining . I refused to go , my kids were cold and hungry so I allowed them to eat before we left. The lady with pink hair and glasses with white complexion was the one who tried having my kids and I leave!

When I arrived, those people were smuggling methamphetamines into the entrance of McDonald's! What is that? And they went in, homeless! They don't care at all about the customer! It's the worst McDonald's ever! The molor is crap! 0 security! I'm going to keep taking photos!

Remember when places used to ask you “what can I get you?”
This place makes you do their job for them. You have to control the communication so that they know you are ready, and you have to control that you are actually getting what you ordered.
I’m actually doing their job when coming here.
Very poor communication and listening at this McDonald’s.
Constantly find that my order is either wrong or missing items. Got home and found my order missing multiple items (including all sauces) as well as the sandwich made incorrectly.
Save the battles and just go to the one off Riverside and Lankershim.
My grandmother went to this location today 9/28/24 at around 11:30am and tried to order the $5 Meal Deal. The cashier proceeded to tell her that it's probably at a different location and that the McDouble is $6. Why have a commercial that states "$5 Meal Deal" which is supposed to include the McDouble or McChicken with Nuggets, Fries and Drinks then when you go get it... This happens?? False Advertising on TV!!

Every single time I get delivery orders from this specific location they never fail to forget something and there's never any way to get a refund or help for it. One thing that always irritates me too is how hard it is to put a straw in the bag? I could understand once, but not EVERY single time?! Today they forgot a whole large drink (and no straw for either of the drinks I ordered) and last time I didn't get my fries with my meal??? Extremely disappointing from something that should be so simple.
