Super rude management and customer service, they don't attend you or greet you at least in the mean time they get things done, they have you standing like they don't care. All their focus is on the delivery apps not on the dine in customer. When I asked how long for my order I got a real bad attitude by Carlos so I asked for a refund, no apologies or nothing just like get out of our restaurant.

They don’t pay any attention to any of the requests you make on the app or on the kiosks. SoWhen you pick up your food make extra sure you ask them if they made the requested changes. Because they won’t have and they will have to remake the whole order anyway.

Overall, it's a great McDonalds. My only disparaging remark is that nine times out of ten, when I order at the drive-thru, once I pay and pull up to the pick-up window, I am told to pull into a numbered spot to wait for my order.They're not complicated orders. Usually two happy meals and something for myself.I wouldn't mention if it wasn't unique to this location.I do appreciate the fact that this most likely means my order is being prepared fresh, and that's why I gave this location a 5 star rating for food.
