Why is it everytime I go drive thru which is supposed to be quick they tell me to park and make me wait 20 minutes. The whole point of McDonalds and drive thru is to be in and out in 5 minutes. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes I would go to a sit down restaurant.

I haven't gotten hot fries from a McDonalds in like 6 years, I barely go cause the food is crap. However I not only did I get hot fries today but my order was correct (which is another thing that rarely happens) & it was so neatly organized in the bag I was shocked & impressed. There weren't fries all over the place, there was actually ketchup (organized in a little bag) & napkins in the bag I didn't have to ask. This Was My best experience at a McDonalds in my whole life.

I got the [2] Cold Fish. At the Drive-thru Needed to drive back. , At. .. the drive-thru Again. The counter drive-thru woman Said. No. It not Cold.. and will not recreate The 2 fish . In Hot~ Then. She. Thoug. The Money at my face BECAUSE I NEED FOOD AND NOT THE MONEY. And i will not take back the money And. I am. Rude and will not serve you. Age 66. Will never order Mcdelivery again. The food was great, but took 50 minutes for the delivery. The food was all cold and mushy when we got it. And we were at Sheraton hotel, only 5 minutes away from this location.

I ordered basic stuff and the food was ehhh i mean it is McDonald's but my fries were all soggy like they were barely cooked just makes you wonder what else they rush to make and no worry about some type of quality
I ordered a hot latte. They gave me a half empty glass. When I complained, they reluctantly added a couple of ounces, but the glass was still a quarter empty! Why do you do that?

Says open 24 hours yet closes at 3 in the morning.....someone needs to tell management what open 24 hours actually means. Other then that prices slightly higher then other McDonald's in area. So management is greedy and clueless....avoid this place
