Do not use any delivery apps to order from this location. They always miss entire portions of meals. And then you have to go through the app to get credit or a refund which anyone that uses the apps knows that it can be a very difficult and sometime argumentative process, we came from out-of-state. So, driving in or going through a drive thru just wasn't an option. I think because of the location they've got to know. There are many people from out of town using delivery through these apps, how do you miss entire combos. I just don't understand.

The McDonald's food was consistent to other McDonald's food. Service was impersonal. They don't like to be brought out. Once out they are happy to help so it tells me they might be trained to stay working the kitchen. There is a 30 min time limit. The parking spaces are small. The bathrooms are locked and not the best. It's a disappointing dining experience.

everything was fine at the ordering drive through and the male customer service rep was great. when I got to the pickup window, the much older Caucasian female got upset when I didn't want ketup with my order for my fries and didn't include the sauce for my mcnuggets. this was unfortunate.

I'm from Georgia, I live in New York and I suddenly came to Los Angeles. I came here for breakfast. I liked everything very much. The food is good and especially the service staff is very good. Many thanks to all the employees and many thanks to the manager.

Honestly it's a 50/50 flip on this place. Sometimes your food will be great, other times it will be mid. What do you expect from a fast food chain. I can't blame the employees, mcdonalds barely cares for their workers so I'm sure they struggle with giving their job 100% of their potential so I sympathize with that. The French fries though a lot of the time are flavorless. Once every blue moon though? The fires will be the best you've ever had. This review isn't low because of their workers. Like I said. I wish the employees were treated better, I've had friends work at the chain and have been told it's absolute hell with management and angry customers. You guys are the absolute hardest workers that dont get the credit you deserve bc yall probably get the worst people with the worst attitudes... chin up, this place is only temporary🤪
Used drive through, ordered 2 drinks and 2 6 piece chicken nugget meals with sauce for each one. I get home to find no straws for the drinks and no sauces. I'm all for wage increases, but if you can't read an order and make sure everything is given that's either ordered or necessary, that's a problem.

I am not a regular customer and popped in on a whim for the in-app Big Mac combo. Everything was ready very quickly, was fresh and hot, genuinely a perfect McMeal. Sandwich looked just like the pictures and fries were maybe the best I’ve had from McDonalds since the 90s. Little sad at the revamped design language of the restaurant but that’s no fault of the location.

Why is it everytime I go drive thru which is supposed to be quick they tell me to park and make me wait 20 minutes. The whole point of McDonalds and drive thru is to be in and out in 5 minutes. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes I would go to a sit down restaurant.
