I drop when I’m just not feeling the salad I packed for my work lunch… which is often, and Daryl (hope I spelled his name right) is such a vibe. Always friendly, upbeat, and welcoming to everyone, always does a table touch to see if anyone needs anything, and it’s refreshing to interact with someone so genuine. The whole staff has a well oiled machine going with quick, hot food and a clean dining area, but Daryl in particular, is EXCEPTIONAL EVERY TIME.

Terrible. Posted hours are wrong & not followed, staff is slow and not very helpful. When their inside is still supposed to be open they lock the doors and force you to stand outside to use a little window for “counter pickup”.If the inside is open, it’s dirty and not well-cleaned. Nobody mans the counter, and picking up a mobile order or asking for napkins (since none are publicly available) requires you to either step behind the counter or yell at them in the back because they’ll ignore you.The food is also sub-par, even for McDonald’s.Not to mention, the parking lot is small and a bit of a nightmare.Would absolutely not recommend this McDonald’s, there isn’t one thing of note that they do well. Go anywhere else.

The place was clean. A very nice tall african American young gentleman was very attentive . This is the first time I have had a great experience at a McDonald's, especially eating inside. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name .. Great service .. fries were hot .. bigmac was exactly how I asked for it, no onions, extra pickels .. at other McDonald's, the fries are either cold or they don't get my burger right ..Parking: I noticed people from the side building park there taking spaces for the customer

I dont do fast food often-needed a coffee. Gave into hunger and had qtr pounder, fries, and partner had filet-o-fish. The staff, especially Daryl (super helpful with the automated ordering). Daryl took it to the next level with refilling coffee, asking if we needed anything as we sat inside. Clean, great locale, friendly, happy staff, and freshly made food. Will be my guilty go-to when in the neighborhood. Oh and filet-o-fish same si,e as its always been, sorry Newt. You are wrong.Parking: Limited spaces, drive thru seemed efficient.

When I made my order I didn’t hear what the McDonald’s employee said me in the call box. After payment I was not received a receipt on top of that that gave me different food. I don’t like this place!!!
The food at this McDonald's in North Hollywood was magnificent. The best McDonald's by far.

Went through Drive-Thru service the other day with my wife to get breakfast. Tight driveway, double drive thru....single lane filing system. Drivers cutting people off. Had to wait in the Drive Thru reserve parking for 25 minutes before they came to our window and told us that our food had been taken by someone else. Meanwhile watching clueless employees try to find customers in their cars like deer in headlights because they didn't mark down the vehicle per ticket number or such. Won't be returning, absolutely ridiculous and retarded to call this fast food service whatsoever!

I came here at 2:50am with a mobile order. The staff hid from view of the windows and did not answer the drive thru for 15 minutes. When they finally came out, they told me it was after 3 am and they would not do my mobile order and to get lost. It's been 3 days now, and there's still no refund on the order.So don't come here between 2am and 4am unless you have cash and are willing to wait 30 minutes or more for food.
