last day to do taxes and i had serious mind fog. so i went for a 2 for $6 sausage EGG mcmuffins.. without the muffins. i simply cant have bread. As patient as the cashier lady was this morning, she looked annoyed at me at a simple request. and had to confirm with me 3 times if i didnt want the muffin. i asked for the muffins to be replaced with an extra egg so i can make a protien sandwich on my sausage EGG mcmuffins. an extra egg was around 4.40 so 8.80 total extra for an extra egg on the sausage EGG Mcmuffins.order comes out with a singular egg folded egg on each. i asked for no muffin, and the round egg COMES on the sausage E G G McMuffins. i didnt ask for Sausage Mcmuffins even after showing the reciept to the Manager. so she went ahead and charged me 2 dollars for the EGGS that were suppose to be there in the first place.I've worked for a Mcdonalds for 2 years so im ashamed i let my guard down after triple checking i paid for the folded egg and got finessed over the round eggs. i never asked for a replacement. Going to have to file a chargeback as it doesnt sit with me right.I didnt want to write this but after seeing the manager shoo away a customer with money who stood there waiting in line, causing NO ISSUES for her odor like she was worth nothing, like she was less than human-- really distraught me. She was completely sane and even thanked the manager for letting her know about her odor. Even tho the Manager could have just taken her order and let her know in her ear. its not that freaking hard to be a decent person. My mother had felt the need to give her sandwich to her after she got turned away in the rudest most harshest way. Even i felt patronized when i was handed the round eggs despite going along with it in the nicest way. 100% sure i was only charge for 1 egg bc she realized she was in the wrong last second. i may look 19 but im 28. dont patronize or belittle guests if theyre not causing you an issue. Especially that poor woman.date of issue: 4/15/24 today at around 11-12 am

This place is horrible ! They lie to you trying to sell more expensive items for the buy one get one free on ANY sandwich deal I had . The staff is rude . They don’t care about their customers let alone satisfaction of the customers . The food is poor . Won’t be going back !

DONT GO! me and my family went cause it was the closest and had the worst experience! It's not even the first time this happened! Once my McChicken had blood on it! Today we went they told us it was 12 but they made us pay 25! We used a coupon cause we couldn't afford it but they have a 15 year old working and he made everything more expensive! They refused to give a refund this 15 year old has made us pay extra so many times! We sometimes ask for coke they give us a different drink they never get our orders right or complete now my family won't eat! THIS 15 YEAR OLD NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT MCDONALD'S!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!! FIRE THE 15 YEAR OLD!!!!!!!!!

The real complaint about this location isn't the food or the service but the people that this establishment attracts. I've dined at this location several times while running errands with my mother. Throughout the different times I would see people just lounging. One time someone was playing their music off a bluetooth speaker. I'd see transients hanging out. It becomes a problem when the bathroom doors need a code or token to enter. I also becomes a problem when the soda fountain needs attention from an employee to turn on before use. Although those are ways to combat the type of people this location attracts, its not the best, cleanest environment to be in while dining in. There are a couple of things that I'm not a fan of. Since kiosks have been introduced inside the restaurant the employees are not as alert if you wanted to order/pay through the register. The kiosk will ask you for your McDonalds account to accumulate points, but it does not display the deals you can get if ordering through a mobile device. Lastly ordering through the kiosk asks which table you will be sitting at as it ask to identify a table number. Our order wasn't brought to us so what was the point of that?Maybe my review should point towards McDonalds itself rather than this location but these were my experiences. I'd come back just for the sheer convenience but never because of my cravings. Parking: small private lotVERDICT: One and done

This is by far the most disgusting McDonalds I've ever encountered in my life. None of the workers speak a lick of English. They were racist towards me and made a racist remark in Spanish and were yelling at me telling me to get out of the drive through after they got my mobile order wrong. I will be calling the corporate number. They didn't have anything from my mobile order and said they don't have ketchup. How does the McDonald's not have ketchup in stock? They didn't even give me a refund. And said if you have a problem, just talk to Ivan the manager. May this McDonald's get shut down. Disgusting racist workers.
