Worst McDonald’s ever. Can’t believe you can go wrong with McDonald’s. We ordered one fish fillet, one large fries and a 10 piece chicken nuggets. All tasted like they’ve been there for at least a day and were fried with oil that has been sitting there for years. Avoid this place.

I understand McDonald’s is a low bar of service and I understand they hire mostly college students and teenagers who couldn’t care less. But there’s a fine line between bad service and abysmal. I waited in the drive thru, got sent to park to wait for my meal but asked for sauce before I left the line. Food came out late and cold. Noticed the sauce I asked for was not in the bag. Asked the worker to grab me some sauce and told me to get it inside. Walk inside to ask for sauce and I make eye contact with 2 workers and then proceeded to be ignored by both workers. It took me having to loudly ask “excuse me” and that even took time for a reaction. If you can’t even bother to help a customer in need then you have no right to work in customer service. This store seems to ask for a lot of leeway with time and wait but the store refuses to even give an ounce of effort the customer. This store is bad and I used to work at McDonald’s but then we actually cared about a modicum of customer service quality. Won’t eat here again. Horrible. I get better service at Taco Bell.

This is my local location . The service is minimum. They take so long to fill an order that I wonder why it is called fast food . The managers have an attitude every time . 3 out of 5 of my orders are always incorrect . The price is completely ridiculous. They are going over board with the prices . We can also thank the idiot president trump for the price . Need I say more
I'm writing this in the cdonalds . I've been here for 20 min waiting for a 6vpiece niggetvand drink . I am not coming to this location ever again . All the workers have crappy attitudes and not one smile .this is just bad business's. The owner needs to fix this issue before u lose another of money . The workers are so slow and just taking there sweet rime . Never again . I had enough of this bullshit . 28 mins now . If u wanna waste ur time come here .

They ran out of soda what kind of fast food place. Otherwise the rest was fine. Also you can't order at the register but only through kiosk.

Staff on 11/12/2025 was horribley rude. Refused to let me in bathroom although I'm a paying customer. Peed myself how embarrassing. All because the workers were bieng horrible people

I placed an order for breakfast before 10:30, I ended up getting sidetracked and didn’t arrive until a little bit until after 10:45. But they had cancelled by order. I asked them what happened to it, and they kept saying they didn’t have it and that they don’t prepare the order until I get here. That’s a lie. McDonalds always prepares the food ahead of time when you order through the app so it’s ready when you get there. And of course when I asked them to remake it they said they would not. Really awful service.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, hash brown and sweet tea and the app charged me but the order didn’t show on my app. I ended up having to go inside to show them the bank transaction and they agreed to give me my order but then after leaving I realized they gave me just a biscuit with egg (no cheese or bacon) and an unsweet tea. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to in my 30 years of being alive.
